I took my niece there today for lunch, they forgot to put the fries for the combo meal ordered in the bag. When I went inside to ask for them I was told it would be a minute. I stood there watching them make several batches of fries and place them on multiple other orders while still waiting for mine. I finally told them to forget it and walked out. I then called to speak to a manager, and the man that answered (I was told his name was Jeffery) called me a liar and hung up on me. I will not give them another penny after how I was treated today.

EVERY TIME I order a soda they fill it so full and again this morning ordered large drink and EVERY time I put my straw or TRY to anyway soda spills out the lid and it went all over my console and down in my gear shifter. AND NO NAPKINS….AGAIN. AND NO PANCAKES in the big breakfast….I live about 10 miles in the country so needless to say y’all can guess what my choice words were for mcdonalds. I love the food but I should not have to pull over to check my order before heading home..GET WITH IT USE CHEAT SHEET WHATEVER YOU HAVE TO DO..ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE….

If you want to go wait in line forever because managers don’t know how to communicate or manage their employees to make food and serve you like they are supposed to do and have cold food and the wrong order, this is the place for you! All you hear is yelling and screaming and chaos when you’re in the lobby waiting for your food to be handed to you. When you are in the drive thru it takes years because people can’t seem to get crap right! Sad it’s the only McDonald’s in town!

I had given them a 1 star years ago but I have had nothing but good things to say about them the last 6 months so changing that to a five star. I genuinely never have a wrong order and it’s always hot and delicious. I know…it seems weird even typing that out but seriously mcdonalds here in town has been killing it!

It’s packed but they get orders out quick. If your order is missing something, they will quickly get what you need! My kids love the play land and always see someone cleaning it! It seems to be clean and stocked when we visit! Great Happy Crew!

Not only was my fry not even half way full they were just thrown into the bag the lady that took my order is so damn rude can’t even order without her coming over the speaking yelling that she can’t hear you even EVERYTIME I have come here it’s been a horrible experience this place seriously don’t know a thing about guest hospitality save your money and go else where
