Overall, my experience was pleasant. The atmosphere is very clean and I highly enjoy that my food was brought to me fresh and hot and for waffle House for my past experiences that’s really good for me, but I do wanna take a moment to recognize and wanna light on the Young on the young lady named Imani she was very attentive to me. She made sure she took her time, made sure my food was provide to me in a timely manner. she was very friendly and sweet as can be. She served me with a smile and a pleasant attitude, which I really enjoyed. I also love the fact that she was a team player. She was helping other coworkers she did dishes and she offered to even help with the grill to make sure everyone’s order got out of a timely fashion. I did see that the older Spanish lady Wasn’t being as friendly or talking to her as nicely as she possibly could. I hope things get rectified and I love when Imani serves me or handles my to go order, she makes my day worth it and helps. Keep a smile on my face.

Meka is hands-down the best chef at this location—or any Waffle House we’ve ever visited. Every bite was so delicious, I genuinely didn’t know which one to save for last! Olivia, our server, was an absolute angel—warm, attentive, and got our order down to a T. Her service rivaled what you’d expect at a fine dining restaurant.
The communication between these two was seamless—you could feel the teamwork and mutual respect. It’s rare to witness that kind of synergy, and it made our visit truly exceptional.

I came to Waffle House because I wanted a waffle and something sweet. Olivia immediately welcomed me when I came into the establishment. Her hospitality was quite outstanding and uplifting from what I have seen within the establishment. She was a pleasure from welcoming to preparing the food, these are the people you need to lead your team.

This Waffel House is well run. I go here 2-3 times per week. The servers always greet me when I come in and they remember my order. I see at least 3 other regulars that eat here weekly. They love the staff as well. Place is clean and the food is well made.

Love Waffle House but won’t be going to this location again. At my previous visit, I literally watched a cook touch a (young female) server inappropriately. She was clearly uncomfortable.

This was okay. They tried hard on a Saturday morning.
First off, how is there no coffee ready at 630? I guess I was the last customer of the overnight shift but it’s still odd that I had to wait while they brewed a pot.
Second, no cutlery? I was provided plastic for my meal. (Which is actually pretty good because the cutlery is not always that clean.)
And then, because she didn’t write it down, my waitress got my order wrong. Scrambled instead of over medium. I asked for cheese on the hash browns. And I had to remind her that I was waiting on the waffle. The toast was a little overdone (but not burned) and they did grill the ham properly.
It could have been better. Maybe write down orders as they’re placed?

We only go to this waffle house. Everyone is super nice, food is always good, the facility is clean. I wish I could remember everyone’s name to call out. This is the waffle house to go to!! The price was not expensive. It never takes long to get a table either. Through all the waffle house chaos they make everything run smoothly. They are close to the interstate and Carowinds!!

I wish I could give this place zero starts. Today Feb. 1 2026 we get to the restaurant and a black guy walks outside and tells us to leave. We had just pulled up and barely had the doors open. He then let several black people in to eat!!! Want to talk about racist???? We are white and got told to leave as we watched him hold the door for the black people to go in!!! Bullshit!!!!

The food here was good; however, the place was not.clean while food and plastic utensils were under our table from whoever was there last. The service was alright, our waitress didn’t know too much about the menu, and the waffle had came out much later than the rest of our breakfast. I would only recommend this place for the taste quality of the food being good.

This is my absolute favorite Waffle House, I almost gave up on the Waffle House because of the Chester location and the Cherry Road location in Rock Hill. I totally forgot about this location only because I don’t work in the area any longer, but now where I work at, I could bypass this one, so I stopped by here this morning. I’m pleased with my visit today, the server Donte’ was so friendly and a pleasure to talk; the cook Greg was doing the damn thing on the grill, and looked good cooking, I’m not saying that in a flirting manner, I’m saying it in the fact he didn’t look ragged and unkempt, everything about him from his hair to his clothes was neat and clean, Donte’ was looking good too, I made a reference about the cook, because how some of the cooks in other locations be looking. Both had contagious inviting smiles. Thank you both for the awesome customer service! KUDOS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
