walked in. just wanting lunch a quick little lunch. Several people were standing around waiting on their food. Didn’t see anyone at register They said it was like that for them also they had to wait several minutes just to be waited on. I was at register and looked back toward them and was saying “hello”. trying to get someone’s attention. If I could I’d give them zero stars for everything. There was a young man that tonight is causing this particular McDonald’s to lose a few customers. You absolutely can’t talk to customers that way. If you can go to a different McDonald’s because we didn’t get all of our food and the customer service was poor will no longer be going there same as a few friends.

There was on worker that checked on me, even looked at me. They took 15 minutes bringing my food and upon getting home and eating it. It taste old. They did not give me a straw for my drink, the one associated that checked on me saw me standing there waiting and with someone else’s order in his hand, helped me while everyone else was doing whatever. Had one person in their pajamas. Won’t be going back.

IF I could give them a negative number I would. I ordered a mocha, it was cold. I went into the store and their machine was broken, they said nothing about it, but was microwaving them, unexceptable, the manager was rude when she spoke. This place has went down hill since they rebuilt.

Costumer service was horrible. My wife and I went through the drive through and ordered a very small meal. “Happy meal and two chocolate milkshakes”… The girl over the speaker could not get the order right. Then got an attitude when we tried to correct the order. A different girl handed us our food at the window. This girl got an attitude after we checked our bag and realized that we did not get the honey mustard we had ordered and asked for one. I wish I could have given less then a one star review.

Since the new store, food quality and service has severely declined. For this reason, I drive an extra 10 minutes to a different store. With prices this high, the food should be decent at least.

If there’s one thing you can say about McDonald’s, is that it’s about as consistent as you can get between locations. This recently opened location was clean, and the items we ordered were as expected. (The McDonald’s Frappes are refreshingly delicious!). However, we ordered on the app and still had to wait inside the store for 10 min to receive our order. It was not during rush hour, and the place was not crowded, which leads me to assume they are grossly under-staffed. This is unfortunate, although thankfully, no one seemed bothered by the slow service.
Overall, if you do choose to go to this location, you can expect the consistency of fare. Just don’t expect it to be “fast” food.
