I hadn’t been to this McDonald’s in years. Construction in the area was horrible & I moved away. I had a chance adventure back in the area and I decided to stop in. Staff was fast, friendly, and very helpful. I asked for a bigger “to go” bag because I was on my motorcycle. I got it right away and with a smile. Can’t beat that. Food was great when I got back to my room. Everything was prepared just the way I wanted it. Thank you for a great night of experiences and wonderful food flavors.

I don’t even normally do reviews cause McDonald’s service has been so bad at ones I visit. No service, nobody greets, long lines and people walk right past you if you not at the kiosk. But THIS one I got greeted, the person at the back ACTIVELY looked for my food and got it to me. I needed ketchup and even the guy coming off of BREAK asked what did I need and got it. It may be small but man that goes a long way.

I ordered a Large Iced Mocha, but they gave me a Medium instead and the cup was filled almost entirely with ice. There was barely any coffee in it.
If I’m paying for a large, I expect to get a full drink, not just a cup of ice with a splash of mocha. Disappointing.

The girl who took my order was in a bad mood since I was at the drive-thru, and she practically threw the food at us through the window.she doesn’t has to smile but at least talk to us as a customer. If she hates working there, she should quit, because the customer isn’t to blame for her problems. There were two girls with straight hair, one brown hair and one black hair. The food was 10/10, but if the service makes me feel like trash, I’d rather go to another location even if it’s farther away.

This place is beyond disgusting. I purchased 2 sprites which came with a meal. BOTH OF THE SPRITES CAME LIKE THIS. I brought it to the managers attention and she said that it was just coffee grounds.

I really did like the play place to dining room conversion. Looks great for real. The bathrooms very clean. Employees staying busy cleaning kitchen stainless. Radio and lighting really good. The coffee great as usual! You only get here going east on fm 1960.

I went in to pick up a order and I showed him that the order was on their board. They said it wasn’t ready and after 10 minutes I asked again and said it’s on the board then a few minutes later, it was no longer on the board and I asked about it again and they said they didn’t have the order When I said that I had already seen it on the board. The manager came up and grabbed a bag from the section for deliveries and put it on the counter and I said oh so this is the order I’ve been waiting for now. It’s probably cold. He said oh I don’t know and just walked away and I said excuse me do you have a manager and he said I’m the manager and I said well I’ve been waiting for this order and y’all said you didn’t have it. He said well there it is you can leave now and don’t come back so I take a picture of his badge inexcusably rude.
