Everything was cold. Nobody responded to us when we caused for them. They were all in the back talking. We had to use the kiosk. We waited a while after our order so why was the food cold?

Ordered single with cheese, small chili with a lot of crackers. Was asked to pull up to door and they would bring my food out in a minute. This was at 8:35pm on a snowy day, they had full staff but took them 17 minutes to bring my food out, I was about to pull back around when they came out, I get home and only had 4 two pack crackers after stressing LOTS of crackers. I always order chili and always ask for a lot of crackers and generally have 12 to 14 packs. Do better Wendy’s night crew

So you always hear the bad reviews but hardly ever see good ones. Being as I have over 10 million views on my profile, I thought it would be nice to give a shout.
The service i got today was amazing. I ordered my food from door dash(never again). My food came missing, opened and with the straw in the cup. The picture the restaurant posted everything was sealed. I contacted door dash, they didn’t care. I stopped by wendys and they apologized and REMADE my order! I didn’t even ask them to! The 2 employees ( one male one female) was at the counter was amazing. I wish I would have gotten their names. They definitely deserve recognition. They were kind and understanding. That’s not something a lot of people share these days!

I have just left the Wendy’s drive thru to get some food and I’m on 321 driving and I took a bite of my sandwich and I thought it was greasy, and I could taste blood, and after I had it in my mouth I could tell by the texture and how cold the meat felt that there’s something wrong. I waited until I could see it in the light, and it is still raw, not PINK, BUT RAW!!! I can’t even remove the patty without it falling apart, and there’s blood on the wrapper and the bun is soggy from blood….. Trying to call the Wendy’s and after 5 to 6 calls I have not gotten anyone to answer the phone, I paid over $10 for the combo and NOTHING IS ABLE TO BE ATE, even my coke isn’t worth drinking……… I am so upset about this experience I am not going to ever stop by this Wendy’s, or possibly any other Wendy’s from now on!!!

So when they get your order right the food isn’t cooked and when you get cooked food your order is wrong wth is wrong with management in these places. Evidentially the owners don’t care either, I bet they will when enough people stop paying their bills for them.

As usual, very slow. We got there about 1:20 pm and left at 2:09 pm. When we got there this spill was on the floor. When we left, this spill was on the floor. The place was NOT busy. There was no reason for this hazard to be there. Also, the drinks in the machine needed to be filled. No one wanted to do that either.

Food is excellent & the service is very fast. Ordered the food a little past 11am and the food was fresh the way i like it!! 100% A+ I will stop again at this location when I’m in the area when I want some Wendy’s food.
