I frequent the lotus on Veterans Memorial mostly, as it’s closer to my house. I’ve heard so many great things about the Stafford location and since I was in the area, I decided to give it a try. Needless to say I will stick with my veterans memorial location, while Stafford has the bells and whistles of a nice, updated area inside, it’s nothing like the customer service at veterans and the food and flavors at veterans. Maybe I am a little bias. Lol. Portions on my loud pack felt like I was most definitely missing some items. The food was hot and fresh, just missing my veterans memorial flavors.
Yes at Stafford, you get daiquiris which I thought did not have any alcohol in them and mixed drinks. I felt as if I was having a slushy, and not the one from sonic. The mixed drinks might be good, but I didn’t try those so I can’t speak on them. It is counter service and you clean your own tables, granted the person before you clean up behind themselves.
If you’re in the area, I suggest you give it a try otherwise I would not make a commute just to go here. It’s pretty basic to say the least.

Great food. The crack sauce lived up to the expectations. The rice and shrimp were on point. Gumbo had a bunch of protein, super loaded. Will definitely visit again.

My first time there today and I enjoyed it. Walked in and ordered my food to go. It was pretty busy inside but not too crowded or overwhelming. We were helped right away and it took about 25 minutes to receive my food. It was not a long wait at all. I ordered the fully loaded loud pack and the hot box in mild. They came with a pack of crack sauce and we tore it down. I especially appreciate them making sure no egg was in the rice as my son has a severe allergy. My experience was great and I will be back.

I heard about Lotus seafood on YouTube and promised myself to try it if I ever visited Houston and l came all the way from Miami just to try it while on vacation and the food was amazing, the People was so nice I have no complaints. I wish I had better pictures.

First visit and I will not be able to rave about my experience enough! Various cool artwork and modern decor. Mentioned it was my first visit and received the royal treatment. Went the recommended Hot Box and it was a great portion, so flavorful, fresh and had me licking every drop off my fingers. Staff is walking around constantly bussing tables and cleaning. Restroom was neat with lighted mirrors in hallway giving a neat photo opportunity. Here for business this week and will be back for more and bringing my team . And that crack sauce….lawd. I’ll be dreaming about it

We come here for the fully loaded loud pack and the Alfredo pasta. It’s absolutely bomb! I’ve gotten the crab clusters a few times and they are good (but I’ve had better). Their crack sauce is absolute crack and a definite must have!!
Fried rice options are pretty darn good as well.
They have some new items on the menu now like fried okra (good but needed more salt or seasoning), Mac n cheese (decent), soft shell crab with Louisiana fried rice (my kids enjoyed it) etc. etc. Sorry I didn’t take more pics.
They will bring your order to the table, but you have to clean up and throw your own trash away. Plenty of TV monitors with sports.
The bathroom is a total vibe with LED display lights leading to the actual loos.

On this visit, I more so came for family time as I was still full from my massive lunch. However, lol, it is hard to go to Lotus and not get anything, so I got corn on the cob, sausage, and a daiquiri which was just what my taste buds and appetite needed.
The sausage and corn was of course flavorful and my daiquiri blend was great. The good thing about Lotus’ daiquiri’s is that you get to sample your desired blends (as many as needed) until you have your desired combination.
Simply put, I just do not think you can go wrong with Lotus. Forever a fan!

I love this place. The food is sooo good. I was in town visiting from Louisiana. I had the fried lobster tail and Louisiana fried rice. So amazing! This is the second time I’ve ever been here. I made it a priority to get here during this trip! I was not heading back without stopping at Lotus first. And of course I had to buy a bottle a their delicious Crack Sauce to take back with me. I put it Everything! Anytime I’m in Houston I’ll be stopping here! I highly recommend this spot to everyone!

I was both extremely and pleasantly surprised to find this place to be so great. The vibe is straight up Houston. The art, the food, the staff, and the vibe are all exceptional. We had never been here, but after stopping in for a dinner date, we will highly recommend them to everyone. Ms. Sam and her team were very impressive. The food was delicious. We can’t wait to return.

The food was good and the staff was very attentive. There was a group of guys present, about three or four guys ages 20-30. They were extremely loud, running around inside this establishment and sitting on the floor. Not only this, they ran outside as if they were running football routes. Then they would re-enter and continue their obnoxious behavior. Very unpleasant and disrespectful atmosphere for other paying customers to have to sit through. Management never spoke a word to them. I return for take out only. The food was really good and we drove over an hour to dine here to enjoy a relaxing meal. Very disappointed. customers.
