I can only rate the service, which was non existent. Stayed at the order counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. When I asked a server for help, she shouted into the kitchen for someone to come. I waited 5 more minutes and Noone came. Left without placing my order and went to another place. This was just embarrassing and will be never returning again.

I ordered a takeaway and the server taking my order told me its gonna take 15 mins. Even after waiting for one hour i have to fetch the server for my takeout. I have attached the receipt. Ordered – 20 piece boneless buffalo wings and they were honestly the worst I’ve ever had. They were rock hard and dry, clearly not fresh and I picked them up right on time. You could hardly tell there was meat in them, they were the texture of jerky. Wendy’s nuggets are of better quality than what they served me today. Will not be ordering from here again.

My mother and I had lunch here, our appetizer came out ice cold in the middle (pretzel bites). Mistakes happen, no big deal but when our main course came out my side of Mac and cheese had a cold spot that felt like it had been in the fridge. My only guess is they put the bowl in the microwave and didn’t stir it up then reheat it. The ironic part is the lady who dropped off the food stated, “nice and hot for you ladies”. The food did not come out quickly so I’m not what the problem was. At the end, I was uncharged for the Mac and when I asked about it I was told they didn’t charge me for the side salad (I ordered it instead because I gave up on trying to get hot food) but much would’ve been an extra $5. Mistake after mistake without much care about them was our experience. Will definitely be our last time here at this location unfortunately.

My husband and I had lunch today at Buffalo Wild Wings in Mt. Juliet Tn. We took advantage of the special they had, 2 entrees with a drink for $19.99. We both had wings with fries, which were very good. Our waitress Katie was super nice and attentive.

Every time I do an online order, it’s never ready when I get there at the time they tell me it will be ready. Today I had to wait 26 min after the time they gave me to pick it up. They should at least have a tv at the Togo area so we can watch something while we wait since it happens every time.
Food was barely warm. I understand it will cool off on the way home. But it’s almost cold when I get here. We get to go food from other places often and everywhere else can keep their food warm. Makes me wonder how warm it actually was when it was brought out to me. Wings and fries both. Fries were actually cold and stiff, like they were left over. My son said his wings and fries were cold. He said if he wild have know it was going to be cold, he would have rather had Jason’s Deli like the rest of the family had. Wings were kinda dry, like BWW is known for. I’m pretty sure I’m done going here. The food cost too much for it to be cold and not very good.

Customer service here is dead. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to help me at the to go counter for an order I placed online, and they had so much attitutde for a request for some extra seasoning. There might have been 8 tables in the whole restaurant. It’s a good thing I like their wings I guess.

The service at the restaurant is very poor. They always take time to seat you and food is always late. Sometimes during peak hours they close out half the section of the restaurant expecting you to wait for other guests to leave for you to take your turn seat. The Food sometimes is good and sometimes is poor quality depending on the time you make it there. This restaurant is poorly managed and needs help with treating their customers the right way in order for them to come back.

What a great experience we had here today. Food is awesome as always but what really stood out was our friend Bobby who took care of us. He was absolutely amazing. He was helping to train someone new Olivia who was also awesome. Bobby was taking care of a lot of tables one with 6 people another with at least 10/11 people and never missed a beat. Very personable attentive and freaking hilarious. We’ve eaten here multiple times and never had a bad experience but today was next level keep it up and don’t let this man go. Wish I could give more stars will be back soon. Ps don’t sleep on the cookie skillet and my wife says try the Blue LIT.
