We had an amazing experience at Darbster. We drove an hour to come here and the food didn’t disappoint. All the dishes were great. The buffalo pizza had a crispy and thin crust and the buffalo flavor wasn’t overpowering. The slides and quesadilla had a kick to it and were very flavorful. The torte was the perfect way to end the meal. In addition to the food, the ambiance elevated the experience. There is inside seating but I would recommend sitting outside under the fairy lights.

A great experience. Beautiful outdoor seating space; interior is quite nice too. Creative menu; delicious, hearty fare. Friendly, attentive service. Noblest mission: we were wowed to learn that all proceeds go to animal rescue/welfare ends. Looking forward to many returns.

I’ll start by saying I’m not vegan, but one of my good friends is so we decided to try Darbster out. We were there on a Friday night. It wasn’t super busy so were seated right away. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the pear and gorgonzola salad. The Ingredients were fresh and the flavors were nice. One friend had the parmigiana and another the wellington. Everyone enjoyed their entree. They have a nice beer and wine selection. The ambiance was so lovely. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor has two sections. One right off the restaurant, the other surrounded with trees and lights. Super cute for date night. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Went for brunch and enjoyed the crispy CHICK’N sandwich with home fries. And yes, it’s vegan! Wish I lived closer as I would visit at least once a week to eat here. I loved the atmosphere and the fact that they have a kids menu!

Darbster is one of my favorite vegan restaurants to visit. The food is great. They have amazing raw options. The staff is lovely. Added bonus proceeds go to animal rescue. My favorites are spicy hummingbird cake (its massive), lasagna, the raw vegan brunch, Italian sliders, and the pear gorgonzola salad.

Such a quaint place. Beautiful and simple decor. Servers are pleasant and will check for food exceptions (like nuts). The food was delicious, and the presentation was appetizing. It was a celebration day and we did a 4 course dinner – also to try a lot of options. A great gem in West Palm Beach for the vegan community. If you wanted to try really yummy vegan food, this is your spot. I will be back… often!

This is now our third time and every time has been a spectacular experience for a reasonable price. Tonight we tried the Italian sliders. So delicious! So spicy! Also tried a special soup, a hot and sour with some fantastic Ginger, mushrooms and tofu. We will probably keep coming here even long after we have tried everything on the menu at least once. Tonight there’s music outside, and it’s a lovely setting.
