Fast, friendly, and helpful service. The person at the window was super nice! The food was delicious and made to order. I normally get a double cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only. It was made perfect! I love Wendy’s! I will be back for sure.

I actually hate leaving bad reviews but I kept finding things incorrect in my order so I have to. I always go here on the late night and service and food are usually pretty good. Tonight, I went for my usual order and literally everything was incorrect. No bacon on my double stack, ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, no sauce was given at all. Just very disappointed because the whole order aside from the drink was incorrect. Please, do better. The goods cheap but irregardless, people need to pay attention and get orders correct if they wanna work there..or find a job elsewhere

I never thought a worker could be so rude , I didn’t know the different types of kids meals and one of the workers rudely starts saying which one almost yelling in my face, I said I don’t know which ones there are and she continues and tells me it’s not that hard to read, I was trying to find the options on the menu but I couldn’t and then she finally lists the types of meals. Genuinely if someone doesn’t know something don’t be rude to them.

I ordered a large number 6 and the fry was unacceptable and definitely short changed , I get that you are busy but don’t short someones order , it’s to expensive to hand out half of what someone paid for , please do better and I expect a refund or replacement

Wendy’s is always clutch when I’m hungry. Their burgers taste pretty good, and the fries actually hit when you dip them in a Frosty (the only right way to eat them ).
I usually grab a 4 for $4 or Biggie Bag and it never disappoints, good food without breaking the bank. The workers have always been nice when I’ve gone, and my order comes out quick and hot.
Honestly, Wendy’s is my late-night go-to. Can’t beat it.

Decided to try their breakfast burrito. First-it is nothing like the other places. If you like different then you will enjoy this beast. It is a solid form for this burrito with really size and weight.
Their potato wedges are sad. It’s like a potato shortage is upon us. Going to pass as my next breakfast choice.

I ordered dinner for a family of three last night through Door Dash! When I received my order: (1) There was only 1 bag. (2) The ice was melted in the drinks. (3) I had two(2) of four(4) sandwiches ordered & (2) of (3) fries received (4)) THE FOOD WAS COLD WHILE THE DRINKS WERE WARM! Received hell/static from both Door Dash and Wendy’s from 7:30 pm- 9:30 pm WITH NO RESOLVE! I decided to go to see if I could just get the food I paid for, but received nothing but excuses and NO FOOD when I went to the restaurant and talked to the manager! I used to be a manager at this exact restaurant over 25 years ago but I still thought, “Hey, maybe they’d understand and just make it right!” I didn’t ask for a refund! I ASKED FOR WHAT I PAID FOR AND COULDN’T EVEN GET THAT! This manager was trash and not customer service friendly! The store was very unclean! AND, ALTHOUGH I ONLY EAT Wendy’s fast food, “I WILL NEVER EAT AT OR FROM THIS RESTAURANT A.G.A.I.N.!!!!!!! No food, No refund and had to travel another 10-15 mins. to the next WENDY’S! So, Wendy’s on Washington Ave, I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE YOU EVER AGAIN! Wendy’s on Durand Ave you will always receive my business! Great customer service, even though you are independently owned! I thank you and appreciate you!
