(This was my sisters special dinner btw) we went in, we waited for 10 minutes. My dad asked someone “hey can we get some service??!” And then she said “oh yeah I’ll get someone over there in a sec” and another 10 minutes passed. A guy came by and grabbed a chair from another table and sat down and said “hello hello can I get your drink order?” And my dad said sarcastically “takin a break?” And then he complained about running around in a circle for 5 hours but that was his job so he shouldn’t be complaining. He then came back 5 minutes later and gave us our drinks and he asked for our order and we said give us a sec and then he came back 15 minutes later when we were ready like 10 minutes ago. My little sister asked for bone in wings, my mom asked for cauliflower wings or smth, I asked for a cheeseburger and fries, my dad asked for a bacon cheeseburger. My little sister got boneless wings that didn’t have any flavor and a weird texture. My mom got califlower wings but she got hers 15 minutes before we got anything. My dad got what he wanted. But he said he didn’t like it. I got what I wanted. But I didn’t like it. My fries were cold and squishy, and they lazily threw pepper in the middle and didn’t even try to spread it equally. My burger was very very very very very salty and I didn’t like it. He came with the bill when we were done. Went away for like 15 minutes, came back and we payed and left. And when we were eating, there was random commotion and fights in the kitchen and some random guy yelled at the top of his lungs. Terrible food. Terrible speed. Terrible service. We are never stepping foot into there again. I do not recommend you go there.

04/12/2025 – First time visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings in Marion, OH with family and friends. For my cocktail I ordered the Knockout Punch, and for my entree their Triple Bacon Cheeseburger. Big open area with both standard seating and or high top seating. Small outdoor patio out front. Cool bar area. Nice and friendly service despite how busy it was. Great prices. Parking out front just walking distance to the restaurant.

if i could give zero stars i would. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. first we sat for like 10 minutes with absolutely no help or service from anyone. Then she finally came to ask for drinks and mine ended up being flat i asked multiple people for a new drink but not one brought it to me. Then we waited 20 minutes to just simply order our food. We watched as all the new people got there food as we were ignored. Once we finally got to oder she was very VERYYYY rude. Me and my friends asked all nice and respectful but this was a disappointment to us we were frustrated to say the least. Would not recommend this location at all one of the worst food experiences i have had in a while of not ever

National chain restaurant. It’s a sports bar so don’t expect it to be quiet. Food is good that comes out hot and fresh. Servers are excellent. Bretta was our server today and she did am outstanding job.

I like coming here on sunday’s to watch football and eat a great meal. The servers and bar staff are always kind, attentive and fun to conversate with. I’m surprised more people don’t come in on sunday’s.

The people who work at this store are racists. I was door dashing and they asked me to prove that I had an order but didn’t ask the white customers after me and when I reported them to the Mgr, he acted like it was no big deal. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN AND I’M TELLING EVERYONE WHAT THEY DID TO ME. I’M CALLING CORPORATE AND ANYONE I CAN. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES TO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT, DISGUSTING!

They forget a whole meal EVERY time I order from there. Also, for a place called Buffalo wild WINGS why is it so hard to get wings with bones in them. You can get boneless ones all day, but real wings are a pain to order. NEVER again

Wonderful place, the vibe is good, music is nice, not too loud but not too quiet, it holds a lot of people but youre not crammed. Service is wonderful, the woman who seated us and the one who served us were both very polite and friendly. The food took no time coming out and tasted amazing!

We stopped by Easter evening. Service was good. I see a number of other complaints about that. My big issue is the traditional wings. These are the backbone of this company and they are horrible now. I know inflation is up, but DON’T CUT CORNERS AND QUALITY. I’ve had more meat on my wings from pizza hut, dominoes, or speedway gas station! Is rather pay $5 more to get the quality I’ve grown to expect over the last 20 years of going to this company. I will not come again until I’ve heard this has been fixed. It’s been the only thing I get each time.
