We came from out of town and this McDonald’s gave us a bad experience. Lady taking orders Sept 27 2025 at 9:09 am needs to reevaluate how she speaks to customers. It was totally unacceptable. McDonald’s should do a better job at hiring people.

Normal McDonald’s. They did do a good job putting the condiments on the burger instead of all over the wrapper.

This place has lost their minds. Prices go up, service goes down. Nobody wants to be working. So they don’t. Sad. This will be my last visit. They just stared at me at the counter while I was waiting to order. My item was not on the kiosk menu.

They said they were out of ice , but they weren’t, the lady at the drive thru had enough, icy and rude attitude to fill everyone’s cups. I ordered on the app waited in a long line only for her to be rude. She would not fill my order ,I said I would take a regular coffee she refused me .told me chance my order and drive back round. I went to Jack’s which was cheaper with better service . Never again to that McDonald’s

***Service was better but McDonald’s has changed their nuggets and they are not good. Not to be reflected specifically on this location as negative. We had a better experience this time. Order was right. Drinks were better. The nuggets are terrible again though. Both the nuggets I bit into had hard gristle/fat. Order a burger, you’ll have a better experience.

This place has gone downhill
We used to go at least twice a month and the past three times we’ve gone the service has been absolutely terrible and our drinks have been down right gross.
The first time our drinks were so bad we stopped at a gas station to get bottled sodas.
The second time nobody ever came to the speaker and car after car was just driving off so we did too.
We decided to give them another try and it was worse this time…
The guy on the speaker was rude “is that it?!” “Is that it?” Our order wasn’t even done right and the drinks were wrong and mostly soda water. Sad to see this place decline so terribly after being one of our favorite fast food places to go.
This is the best McDonald’s in town. The service is good, the employees are super friendly and the food is always right!

This location always either has issues with having food in stock, coffee being unavailable, or horrible customer service. Whomever was taking orders at 1:21pm on 11/22/25 was exceptionally rude. I understand that you may be having a bad day but there is no need to be abruptly rude to a customer for no reason. I did not get her name but I saw her and heard her voice through the speaker and at the window. The best description I have of her is that she’s black with what looked like semi-short hair. I would not recommend getting food here; I’d suggest the Sonic close by. Good and quick customer service and they have everything in STOCK!!

The Alabaster location is beyond horrible. 3rd time and last time visiting.
The staff ( night time ) at drive thru seem nice but clearly not fully trained.
I asked for my receipt and was told to ” pull up ” from the drive thru window and they would bring it out to me.
This happened every visit….I thought receipts were an automatic thing.
Still..the supervisor walks out and hands me the receipt with a look of such distaste. I also had to request the correct beverage and the same supervisor hands me an empty cup to go get it myself. Also, the manager gave me the wrong receipt.
Poorly run location.

Order the Mcdouble bundle on yesterday evening. eating after driveway expérience discover fries warm mcdouble not even hot to meet cheese try calling back to replace order no answer for about 45mins Tried to call still no answer from number listed on google.
