I ordered from this place via an application and got my order after an hour, so the food was cold. The burgers were okay but the fries was horrible. 3 stars more than enough. You also get an oily paper bag with some napkins. The drinks were good, nuggets were bad not tasty.

Served me a cold spicy chicken sandwich and fries for 18.00 I called to make them aware asked to speak with a manager the person on the phone kept referring to me as gang I don’t even know what that means but pls keep him employed because if you do he will probably rob someone to be honest I truly mean that I definitely won’t be returning to this location fast food is becoming a nightmare.. it happened 5:50 Monday mlk day smh literally threw money away

Went through about 2:30 on a Saturday, they weren’t busy. The lady at the drive through sounded unhappy about us ordering. Like she wanted to rush us through. Fries were not filled, and missing a straw for our drink, we did not receive the nuggets for a biggie bag as well. We asked for the nuggets and went back through, food was good. But not a great experience overall.

This place is absolute the slowest place on earth. I could have made my food fast, i don’t know if they are joking around back there but there are 2 people in line and i have been waiting for 40 minutes. Tonight i had the rudest drive through wanna be employee from this Wendy’s. Short black afro and a IDGAF attitude. On his phone at the drive through window at 11:08pm 12/16/2025.. We stopped at the drive through order board and since no one answered we drove to the window we were picking up a order already placed and he he opened the window and i said we have a order to pick up he said we had to wait at the order board til someone answered us. (WE HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE AT ANY WENDYS) So he made us drive back around to the drive through board just to tell us we could go to the second window a complete waste of time to do nothing. And when he handed my husband the food, before I could ask a question he closed the window when back on his phone…. IGNORANCE IS NOT A VIRTUE I DEAL WITH LIGHTLY. Treat people how u want to be treated cuz if u were in my place u would be pissed I treat u like that….

Very rude customer service 10/4/25 at 12:50am. They only take DoorDash past a certain point. Okay, so I tried to place an order through the app and was told to move from the speaker. I understand No one likes to work but no one deserves to be treated like that when they come to get food from a restaurant including fast food. If you do not like your job enough to simply be kind with the way you communicate with people you need to get a different job.

I didn’t want to have to make this review, but since Wendy’s Corporate won’t respond to me, I guess I have to. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. It is extremely unsanitary. A couple months ago, I got food poisoning after eating here. But I also ate at another place the night before, so I couldn’t be sure it was Wendy’s that caused it. After my recent experience there again, I can safely say it was likely Wendy’s that caused the food poising. My most recent experience: my partner and I ordered quite a bit of food thru the drive-thru. The service was bad, but I’ve seen a lot of reviews about that and the service has been bad in the past. The real kicker: my partner took a bite of their wrap and thought it tasted weird. So they opened it up, and found a BUG IN IT. The bug was throughly mixed in with the food and sauce. It looks to be a cockroach or maybe a cricket. So absolutely disgusting!! I reached out to corporate TWICE and they haven’t responded. They even deleted my partners comments on their social media page. I haven’t recieved a refund for the food we couldn’t eat that literally had a bug in it. Do better Wendy’s!!!!

Went through the drive through and ordered a baked potato. I was told it would be a 10 min wait. Went back 13 min later and was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I have celiac so there wasn’t any other options for food items. I was in town for a conference and needed to head back with nothing.

I came into this location and I was greeted and thanked for stopping by. The employees treated me as if I was family. My food was clearly made with care. This is the only place that I experienced my food resembling the pictures in the commercials at any fast food establishment. I will literally choose this place over some actual some local non fast food restaurants. This time I decided to let everyone hear and see. This is a chicken sandwich that comes with the 5 dollar biggie bag. Fantastic speed of service and friendly too. Thank you sincerely.
