5/1/25 Who ever chose to close the box on and pack this into our bag will eventually have it happen them. I will never understand why our food doesn’t have more than one set of eyes on the order before it leaves their kitchen. We deserve better quality checks than that at least and maybe this wouldn’t have happened.

So I ordered 3 Mc griddle meals 2 with no eggs, one with a coffee with 6 creams and six sugars I politely ask the the young man did it have 6 cream and sugars and he said yes and repeated to me. Why when I drive off that coffee didn’t have a pinch of sugar in it. Also one of my McGriddles did not have cheese on it. I could understand if they were busy but they weren’t, if I am paying 30 dollars for fast food breakfast I expect my order to be correct especially coffee.

the staff is rude. they talk in the back about the customers acting like you can’t hear when you clearly can. i witnessed the manager being straight up rude to a customers face for just asking for no salt on the fries. i ordered a coffee with no sugar and indeed got sugar in it. 0/10. would never come back. also don’t recommend getting anything here.

At 5:05 am I pulled up to drive tru and 20 sausage mcmuffins which i know is a big order for only being open 5 mins and I received my full order 5mins later best service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s

my big mac was cold, my fries liked like they been cooked in old grease where something was previously burnt and it was all over my fries, the employees were pretty much kicking it instead of working that’s why the drive thru is always backed up but i went inside today. i will never eat there again!

I had ordered a customized iceed coffee through the app. Got there gave them the code did not get a receipt. The coffee was not made properly. Before I could say anything to the worker she shut the window on me and walked away. I didn’t pay $4.39 for just a large French vanilla iced coffee They did not put extra syrup Carmel or whip in there and i paid for it. Called 6 times no answer. They will not like me when I go into the store to complain. No need for rude customer service I’m in retail I do not treat my customers like the worker did.

It took a long time to get our order. The group in fron of us and to have their burgers remade, because the meat was not fully cooked. The guy putting the food together made a comment about ” stop taking orders” I can’t keep up. We were there only ones in the restaurant with a few cars in the drive through. The lady asked if she could help and that guy said no. The Chicken in the wrap was dry.

Today I ordered 4 McChickens, 1 Large Fry, and 2 sodas in the drive thru. I had to park and wait over 10 minutes for fresh sandwiches which usually is no big deal. However once I got my food and got home I opened up my bag and discovered two of my sandwiches were literally half-eaten. Like I really don’t understand how that even happened. I got a refund and will not be eating here ever again. This location used to take pride in their food and customer service. I have never had a bad experience here until today. But I’m just curious about what other health code violations are happening.

Service is always the worst! Rudest employees I have ever had to deal with. The manager that normally works the drive-thru window in the morning is THE WORST!! I don’t know how she ever got her position!?!? I always feel bad for the one sweet little lady working with her! This morning was it this is what I received for my Carmel frappe, when simply asked where the Carmel was she caught an attitude and said she didn’t know where they put it so this is what I got. We are normally regulars simply because of the convenience but I will go all the way out of my way before I stop here again.

Multiple times in the past month now has taken 15 minutes plus to get my order. Never coming here again. Update, this has left such a bad experience that I’m deleting the app and McDonald’s has wholly lost by business. Forget all of them.
