Waited 45 minutes for 2 flurries and a banana split that was melted by the time I got my last order which was forgotten by the staff. Lived here my entire life. Gone many times. Reviews are true – ice cream prices are insane and while the ice cream is good for $10+ each item youd expect a better experience.
And not be sitting and waiting after being told oh yes your item is coming… and then rhey dont add the extra items you paid for when you finally get it.

So delicious. I went here with my son for a little mother/son date and the ice cream was amazing, albeit pricy. It would be hard for us to take our whole family here without spending more than $50. But it was so good.

A great place to beat the heat on a summers day! Dairy Twist serves up some seriously good ice cream! Walk up service is available as is a drive thru! Can get very busy at times but don’t get discouraged, service is fast! Nice selection of frozen dairy options to choose from with some decent prices to boot. My wife and I were driving aimlessly without a destination when we came across this nice local ice cream. I tried the Michigan pot and it was really good. I would recommend people go to such local places than name brand stores. We even got an ice cream for our dog and he loved it.

I have been wanting to try this ice cream shop. Coz every time I went through by car, this shop was very popular and many people in there. Anyway I ordered medium size. Service is terrible but the quality of ice cream is incredible. Definitely one of the best in metro Detroit.
They have wide list of flavors, which is amazing.
But they cup they serve the ice cream is foam cup, very light and difficult to eat let alone young kids.
They don’t provide the tissue or need to wait in line to grab some napkins. Other customers had to ask for fork when they received their chili fries.
Since a lot of employee working there, this could have been improved. Also ice cream price are high so they should be able to provide a better cup invested of wobbly foam cup.
