Edited: I would give zero stars if that were an option. I decided to give them another try this morning and what a mistake! I ordered online to pick up on my way home from work. I ordered a peppermint mocha cold brew with no peppermint syrup (a mocha cold brew) and what I got tasted like unsweetened tea so I went back in and got attitude from the server and she still didn’t make it right. Used to be a decent place to eat, but it’s gone way downhill. Shame!
I ordered the Super Bird and well done hashbrowns with cheese and the hashbrowns weren’t soaked long enough, nor were they cooked long enough so they were pale and stringy and the sandwich left a lot to be desired. See pics for what I ordered vs what I received

Has delicious food. Love their skillet meals and the steak omlet. Good variety for everyone. Casual, calm laid back atmosphere. I love the fact that you can have good conversations here! Not loud and rushed like a lot of restaurants. Also good place to meet for coffee and deserts

I wish Denny’s would stop changing the menu though… As soon as the customers and servers get to know a menu they change it which I personally find unnecessary and wasteful. The employees would be able to focus more on providing even more excellent service to their customers if corporate would get a clue about better places to invest money to create actual “process improvements” in lieu of ever changing menu’s please perhaps ask your longer term employees for input as to how you can help support them so they can provide “world class service consistently across all Denny’s locations nationwide please”

Do not eat here please. First time here and last. IF YOU LIKE YOUR BACON COOKED OR CRISPY DON’T EAT HERE. There hash browns too under cooked weird about is took a hour or more to get our food too you would think they had enough time to cook there bacon and hash browns then it wouldn’t be raw

Got 3 meals. Berry French toast was good. Mac and cheese brisket skillet received half the portion that we normally get. Triple juicy burger had no sauce and the French fries were burnt. Never saw waitress again after food was dropped off. Keep trying to eat here but am always disappointed. Keep being told new management and staff but food quality has not improved and service continues to decline. Do not recommend wasting your money.

We decided to revisit this establishment, bringing our entire family of ten for breakfast. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and four orders were incorrect, with two of those being incorrect twice, leading me to forgo my meal. Beyond the repeated order inaccuracies, the server offered no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. Drink refills were delayed, and our meals were delivered in two distinct phases, with half the table receiving their food significantly later than the other half. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, marking the second such occasion. We sincerely hope that this feedback prompts improvements in both food quality and service. We cannot recommend this establishment.

Matt does an excellent job cooking everything perfect the first time. We insisted on tipping the cook as well as the waitress. This location has been sort of hit or miss over the years. Some experiences were great others were definitely not. We are very happy to see Matt in the kitchen. We know that we will walk away full and happy. Ohhh and kids eat free on Tuesday nights from 4pm til close.

The service was good but the food that we were able to get that they actually had and was not out of was not all that good. I had brought my sons which it was one of their birthday and was also having to take him to Camp Geiser for his Marine training for 3 months and didn’t get an apology or a discount for everything that we had ordered to begin with we were not able to get and we had spent for 6 of us around $160 which wasn’t even worth that much considering y’all had nothing that we had wanted to begin with. I’m surprised y’all are still open and ANYONE that is thinking about eating here DON’T it will be a waste of your money.

My most recent trip to Denny’s was pretty disappointing. I waited over 5 minutes to get seated and there weren’t many people dining in. The service was consistent after being seated, but the kitchen wasn’t. The pancakes were cooked correctly, but the bacon had hair in it and the hashbrown were drowning in oil. I asked for a remake of the hashbrowns since they seemed raw and were surrounded by oil, but the second batch came out just oily. Unfortunately, there was no attempt to correct the issues – it seemed typical.
