If you are going to have fast food it has got to be prepared correctly, served accurately, and provided fast, and piping hot. This is why I am providing informational feedback about this place, specifically Store number 4010 in Palm Harbor. I have worked for a Burger King years ago so I know what the standards should be. Our food was made exactly as it was custom ordered and all of it was hot and it tasted amazing. The entire staff had outstanding attitudes and they were friendly and polite. This is the best store in this county. You would be pleasantly suprised if you went to eat there. I highly recommend you patronize this place.

My order is always constantly made fresh and amazing. He seems to take care in what he is doing because it is flawless each time I order. This is my go-to breakfast stop when I drop off my car for servicing at the nearby, reliable Bill’s Mobil. The eatery is on U.S. Highway 19 North near Tampa Road. I really enjoy their croissant sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon. The coffee is fair — just don’t expect Starbucks quality. Free Wifi.

Don’t ever go to this BK during meal times. They will stop taking orders at the drive thru and if you have a mobile order you’ll sit for 15 mins in the drive thru then 15 more minutes inside as all hell breaks loose. Sadly they cannot get or keep staff and the poor people there are doing their best. Good luck getting anywhere on the app it’s all ai and automated.

Great service! Delicious food! Immaculate facilities and dining room. This is the cleanest Burger King I have visited! Received coupons in the mail. Decided to use coupon for two Whopper Juniors and fries. Both burgers and fries served fresh and hot. I really enjoy the charbroiled burgers. The service was excellent and efficient. Although my order was take out, the dining room was very clean and well maintained. Very convenient location in Palm Harbor, at the corner of US 19 and Tampa Road.

Ordered 2 “Crabby Pattie Whoppers” without cheese or onions. Repeated “make sure no onions” 3 times as I have a good allergy. Also ordered a bacon cheese burger. Everything was entered correctly as verified on the drive thru screen and receipt. Received 2 Whoppers with onions and cheese, and a cheese burger without bacon. I’m sure glad I paid extra for the bacon we didn’t receive.
This was clearly not the fault of he who took the order, but those who prepared the food. Be aware that the kitchen staff at this Burger King are not attentive.

Slowest fast food ever. Sat in drive through forever because the kitchen “moves slow”. The management obviously does not staff this establishment well because there was no reason to be waiting so long. Basically has two young kids back there just chatting

Visited this Burger King location today 09/29/2021 for the second time. Today’s service was fast and our order was made perfectly and tasted good! The employee Victor at the Drive Through, was very thorough, as he repeated twice how we requested the order to be prepared! The first visit for me on 09/22/2021 was a disaster for my relative, the employee at the Drive Through, did not have knowledge of the Menu items and a Double Hamburger that was ordered was incorrect, served as a Double Cheeseburger with very little ketchup . Finally after going inside to the counter, the Double Hamburger was served, however again with very little ketchup. Communication amongst the employees and taking pride in the service provided, needs to be improved. I have confidence after today’s visit, that I can anticipate great service to give a 5 Star Rating. One final note: The Digital Scrolling Menu Order Board has a 10 piece Chicken Nuggets for $1.49. Victor told us that promotion has been over. The 8 piece Chicken Nuggets is $1.49 and the 10 piece is now $3.99. The sign needs to be updated, it is very misleading!
