The Old Town Grill started in Tazewell, Tennessee in 2005, to bring quality food and service to the rural community. Since 2005 we have become the place to be in Northeast Tennessee. In 2011, we opened our second location in the big city of London, KY.

Tried this spot recently and overall it was a decent experience. The food was okay—not mind-blowing but definitely satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the waiter. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without being overbearing. That kind of service really makes a difference. Would probably come back just for that!

The employees are nice enough. The window blinds were thick covered in dust.
The food– chicken tenders were overcooked (why you send them out ?) Sauted mushrooms (no seasonings) ‘potato cakes’ overcooked and the taste was gross! The fried fish was ok and hot. The baked potato was hot and cooked thoroughly. There needs to be some upgrades – a hole in wall was patched but never painted. It needs thorough deep cleaning done! When you check in at hostess stand they don’t ask for your name. ?? Not attempting to get anything this is just constructive criticism !

We have came here a lot over the years but this place has really went downhill!!! Food is getting worse and worse. Ordered a steak medium tonight and it came out well done, finally got our server to take it back and the steak that was brought to me was horrible, couldn’t even eat it, so full of gristle and rare as can be!! And the waitress seen it and didn’t even offer to fix it!!!And the seats in the booths , you sink down and hit the wood.. Awful place to go now!! We will not be back

Old Town Grill has been around for long time but never have I eaten there till my wife took me .. always like setting over on the bar side were they have 3 big TV were you could probably watch what ever you like .. good music good service and very good food ,, my favorite Buffalo chicken wrap, fried cheese , beer cheese and soft pretzels .. it’s all good.. No were else in Tazewell Tennessee
