I had a special order: Chicken Marsala with spinach and tomatoes. Jeremiah, the cook, did an exceptional job! The flavors were perfectly balanced—savory and sweet. It was unmatched by any other. Excellent work!

There’s a reason we keep coming back to Ippolito’s in Suwanee.

I ordered the Stromboli, and it absolutely delivered — perfectly baked, packed with flavor, and the kind of dish that reminds you why classic Italian comfort food never goes out of style. Every bite was balanced and satisfying without feeling heavy.

The atmosphere was lively and energetic, with plenty of activity in the dining room. It felt welcoming and vibrant — the kind of place where families, friends, and regulars all feel at home.

The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the service was smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was the owner, Dan, personally coming by the table to check on us. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The way he interacted with guests across the dining room wasn’t transactional — it was personal. That level of ownership shows, and it’s reflected in the overall experience.

Great food. Great energy. Great people.

We love eating here, and we’ll definitely be back

We have been coming here for years. We have had multiple family dinners, as well as come up here with big groups. The service has always been exceptional, food and drink have always been top notch and reasonably priced. What we love the most is this restaurant is very kid friendly, and there are multiple vegetarian options. Lastly, we have also used Ippolito’s Suwanee town center for catering, and they have also been fantastic, and easy to work with. We had one issue with one of our catering orders, but it ended up not being an issue. The restaurant fixed the issue, no problem. Their customer service is fantastic, and they certainly put the customer first. Highly recommend Ippolito’s Suwanee town center for quality Italian food!

I met a friend here for lunch to celebrate my
birthday. I ordered the Gabriella salmon dish which tasted awful! The salmon was not fresh, it tasted like it was probably freezer burned. The cream sauce and angel hair pasta were poorly seasoned when mixed together. I will complement our waitress, the rolls and marinara, and the cannoli. I don’t plan to eat here again.

We’ve been here a bunch but will go long stretches without visiting. It’s because every time we come we are so underwhelmed. Our kids unfortunately like this place so we can only put it off for so long otherwise we would probably never go back. Today we went for my kids birthday. I think they just enjoy the fact they get “a whole pizza”. The part that sucks is the food, prices and service don’t match.
Today our rolls were so stale and hard they were inedible, our server did ask and bring us more which I appreciated, they definitely don’t seem the same as they used to be. I feel like they used to be way more fresh and tasty. The food is pretty mid for what it is. With so many other Italian food options they’ve gotta step it up. The last few times we’ve come it’s been so empty. I’m sure the food quality is a big factor in that.
Also when we were leaving our kid went to the bathroom and the door is so heavy and isn’t properly adjusted to soft close so he slammed his fingers in the door hard enough to get them to bleed. Sooo overall really great birthday dinner.

I had been to Ippolito’s a few years ago and the food was decent. This time a friend suggested we go for lunch. I ordered the arugula salad that had chick peas, pear cubes, and feta. I also added grilled chicken. Everything was fine, except the dressing tasted like it was only vinegar. It wasn’t balanced with oil or seasoning. My friend got the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. She wasn’t thrilled that the shrimp came with the tails on, that needed to be cut off for each bite. The service was top notch and since it was towards the end of the lunch shift, we were seated right away.

Not Quite What We Expected.
My boyfriend went to Ippolito’s a few weeks ago with a friend and couldn’t stop talking about how good it was, so we finally went together to try it out. I had pretty high hopes, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype for me.

We’re big believers in “dessert first,” so we started with the tiramisu and the million dollar cake, but honestly, both were kind of bland. Not bad, just not super flavorful or memorable.

For our meals, I had the manicotti and he got the lasagna. They were okay, but again, nothing that really wowed me. The best part of the whole meal was the rolls. They were warm, soft, and seriously tasty.

Overall, it was fine, but not something I’d rush back for. Maybe it was just an off day!

The food is great! Atmosphere is phenomenal, the water and alcohol are flowing like a river as the bartenders are the best in business. Special thanks to Hayden for being extra attentive.

One of the items I ordered today was the cheesy bread for $14.34 and I got a few bread sticks with crumbled bacon and cold cheese. When I called and explained that the cheesy bread was the size of a small pizza with good bacon, herbs and quality cheese, the guy said it changed last week and did not seem to care. This was not worth 15 bucks! Absolute garbage!

This Ippolito’s is conveniently located right in front of Suwanee Town Center park. I stopped by recently on Saturday and the restaurant was eerily quiet during our visit, thanks to a festival being held at the park. This may have contributed to the excellent customer service that I received. I ordered couple of items, including Shrimp Scampi, and were very good. Parking is usually awful here on weekends, although I managed to avoid this headache by arriving early around 9AM for the festival. The bathroom was also clean, which is a plus in my book. I will certainly visit again in the future.
