We went in last night for dinner. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. Overall our food was very good, but even with there not being a lot of guests the service was slacking. We did not get drink refills until I asked, we had to wait to pay our check, and even after she took payment, we still waited for her to finish her conversation with another employee before she came back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our waitress (Noel) deserves one. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and her positive attitude was contagious. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and very personable. She made sure everything was perfect without ever feeling intrusive. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. She genuinely made our day better. Food was also good no complaints but Service like this is why we’ll be coming back!

Don’t say you weren’t warned. We came here despite the bad reviews because we have gone to other iHops that have been really good. This one however, was disappointing. We barely got any hash browns with our meals, my egg Benedict’s were super dry and couldn’t even taste the “poblano sauce” in them. We spent $80+ on three people and it’s a rip off. Will not be coming back here. They charged $7 for two very small and unimpressive pancakes. The server was ok. Felt very rushed by her though.

02/19/26 Jasmine is a great server. They all remember my name. The service is quick & the food comes out hot. It’s like eating at home without having to do the work or clean up. It’s Great!
Carlos keeps things running smooth & is quick to help out where it’s needed.

We dined in here recently and had the most pleasant experience. Our waitress was just a doll and really has a knack for customer service. Miss Noel you are a gem and we appreciate you going above and beyond and we will be returning. Even with a large and hectic order she had no trouble getting us everything we needed. Thank you Noel!

OK, I’ll admit that it’s been quote a few years since I have eaten at I-Hop until recently. The service was horrible and the prices were insane! We weren’t offered refills which you would expect for plain coffee being over 4 bucks! Two of us spent over 60 bucks, one omlet for her and chicken fried steak and eggs for me, and the food was mediocre at best. Dirty table, dirty silverware and a waitress that was unhappy to be at work. I can guarantee that I’ll never go back. I see this chain going under.

My grandson’s coffee was full of grounds, when they brought the second cup it tasted burned. I ordered gluten free pancakes. They were about 4 inches. Every other I Hop I have been to had gluten free pancakes about twice the size. What a rip off. The server was mediocre at best. I will not be eating at this IHop again.

We had some items left out of our last order and my fiancé Austin spoke with Carlos, he was great! The customer service was top notch and he made it right. As always, the pancakes are delicious.
