We did drive through and the service was relatively quick. By all means this would have five stars if it weren’t for something that stuck out majorly to my family. Food got home nice and warm. Mac’n’cheese was delicious and the French fries and chicken were great. However when we got to the biscuits after a few bites we all realized we were tasting fabuloso cleaner or some sort of cleaning product. I’m not sure if it was because the items were washed with cleaning products and just weren’t rinsed thoroughly, or if product was unknowingly near the food, but everyone who ate the biscuits could taste it. Please have this checked out. The replies from the owner look copy and pasted, but I really hope this review was read through.

You can have a good restaurant and a good recipe, but without responsible management and properly supervised staff, everything else loses its value.
The poor management at this Popeyes is evident. This was definitely the last time I will return. I literally had to leave my food, pay, and walk out because of how unacceptable the service was. The employees were rude, some clearly smelled of alcohol, and when a customer tries to ask a question or raise a concern, they respond with insults instead of solutions.
This is not just a customer service issue — it is a serious management and supervision problem. The leadership of this establishment needs to take immediate responsibility, because the experience was disrespectful, unpleasant, and completely below the standards any restaurant should provide.

The manager Naomi was very kind to me she made sure my food was up to standards. Ms. Joe had the lobby very clean as I was eating Mr.Thomas took my order an assisted me was choosing the best option for my family. Mr. Jessie brought my food to the table.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The employee was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude from the start. We were told to go through the drive-thru for an Uber Eats order, then once we got there, we were told to pull around and park like we were the problem. No communication, no professionalism, no apology. Now we’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting. Completely unacceptable. Popeyes, y’all seriously need to do better.

I have never really experienced great service at any Popeye’s, but I can say that most of them do have good food. Today, I asked a question about the size of the regular fry, and the manager looked at me with an attitude. I only asked if this was the correct and with eyes rolled I received a “Yes”. Ma’am I’m not the enemy! I just want all of my fries and some better customer service. So I paid 2.99 for an extra small fry.

Missing items. So now I have to get out with my two little ones and go inside where there is only one employee in sight besides the other who continues to walk by us outside. While waiting another 10 minutes and my food getting cold this is unacceptable. The employees have no customer service and no teamwork whatsoever this restaurant needs to be reevaluated. Money will be spent better elsewhere. Food wasn’t fresh just shut it down.

Don’t eat at this location! Staff is RUDE and UNPROFFESIONAL!!!! A 30 minute wait on CHICKEN just because their cook left without telling them so they say. This is my very first time stepping into a Popeyes in my whole life. Ordered through my app. Told the lady at the counter I had an order. Was instantly greeted with a massive attitude saying “y’all need to give me a minute” there was nobody even there. She thought I was DoorDash and kept asking over and over for the name on the order and I kept saying my name over and over. Then she told me she didn’t have what I ordered and that I have to either get a substitute or refund. And since I ordered through the app I have to wait 24-48 hours for their customer service to even bother to respond to me. I’m never going to Popeyes ever again.
