Ok so I went there for a bike ride for men’s health,I meet the owner his wife and daughter,I actually love them because I noticed how the owner himself and family carry themselves so humble and kind,I don’t know them personally, but the time I spent with them was enough to let me see and understand what kind of people they are.i recommended anyone and everyone to consider coming here one day and enjoy themselves..also I want to say thank you to the owner and family for giving me that warmly welcome,and my men Forest behind the counter,he was very polite and a great listener thank you for listening to me Mr. Forest I know I must’ve talked your ears off…also the AMAZING PEOPLE FROM EASY RIDERS OF GAINESVILLE,for welcoming me and allowing me to be part of the family..GOD BLESS and let’s love one another no matter the color of your skin.. Important thing first, the food is cooked to order, so freshness is guaranteed.

No drive through and no inside dinning. They except call-in, timed/scheduled, and web orders to shorten wait times.

Service is mediocre, but not disrespectful.

Prices are a bit lower than industry standard.

Today I got #2 fried wings, shrimp added a crab patty and fries— added drink NEVER LEAVE WITHOUT THE LEMONADE MIXED!! Thank me later!

Not in the move for bad customer service anymore. Online wasn’t working so I called to place my order over the phone. I could not hear the person working clearly because either their phone or mine was breaking up. They seemed annoyed as soon as I could hear their voice. I started placing my order and they ask for my phone number then literally hung up the phone. I wasn’t even finished with my order yet. I was going to call back to finish the order but I have just grown tired of patronizing places with terrible customer service. This is not the first time that someone working in the front has been impatient and basically rude. Food is okay but it’s just not worth the customer service experience. No thanks.

Prices are very reasonable. Not sure why everything seems cold. The seafood had no real flavor just drenched in plain butter. Would purchase again if I can get it hot with season. The shrimp are not cleaned.

I got the Flounder & wings, scallops & oysters, and 10 wings. Everything was good and served hot. I love the seasoning that’s added on I just needed a little more than what they put on your food. I will be back.

I’ve been a customer with this company for a while but after tonight I will not be back. Not only was the customer service terrible, but the staff tried to tell me I called and switched my order(even though I ordered through UberEats). The cashier that I spoke to over there phone basically told me there was nothing she could do and argued me down about changing my order(when I did not). I then asked to speak with a manager he sounded pretty timid but after a few minutes of debate, he finally gave in and told me I could bring the corn back to get my eggs. Yes the problem was solved, but it took too much back and forth when they could have just told me to bring back whatever was wrong and fix the issue. Now you’ve lost a loyal customer over a simple issue. And lastly, since it seems like this establishment has skipped over training their staff on customer service skills. I decided to give them all some tips on how to treat their customers moving forward.

This is a very hole-in-the-wall kind of place. They have seafood, but it’s not what I think of when I think of a seafood boil. Everything is preboiled and cooled, and they just put in the various toppings you choose. It’s very affordable, but I don’t think I’d come back again. The fried chicken was good for the extremely low price, but not something amazing. Service was fast and efficient.

We were coming through on our way back home from Tampa and looked up food and found this place. Ended up getting crab legs and shrimp and it was amazing!!! Never had crab legs so full of meat! Definitely get your moneys worth. The fried oysters were so good. We ended up accidentally leaving my wallet and didn’t realize till we got an hour away, they kept my wallet safe until we got back there to grab it so thank y’all again! We will definitely be coming back when we make our way down that way again!! Also the potato they give you in the boil is hugeee!!!! Only thing I wish they had was maybe somewhere to sit for people to eat! But we did find a nice little park to sit at and enjoy the food 🙂
