Well run Culvers!!!! An entire choir group showed up (right after we got our food) and it was impressive how quickly they got all the orders taken and brought out. We even were able to go up and get custard before we left. The staff were friendly and hard working!!! Great job!

Doordash order. And they serve me a burger with a ton of pink in it.
Fries undercooked.
$15 for undercooked, unappetizing food.
On a different trip, a female employee here also was a little verbally aggressive towards me because of my parking. Which fine, fair, I wasn’t parked right. I did readjust my car. Just said Ok.
But don’t go into customer service if you’re going to act like that. She was chastising a younger employee before she stomped over to my car. If she’s a manager of any kind? Wow. You guys know how to pick them.

The hamburgers are always good here. Clean and friendly employees. We had a coupon for a buy one get one free deluxe hamburger and my friend got a chocolate shake Thats all we ordered and it was 15 bucks. Sticker shocked! Good tasting hamburger though.

$3 and some change for a small fry and only getting an amount of fries that can be counted on both hands should be illegal. Way too overpriced for the quantity. I feel robbed.

My first ever non 5 star Culver’s experience.
I have probably reviewed 30 of them in the past 5 years as it’s one of my favorite places to grab my favorite burger when I travel… They are just so damn consistent with having great employees and a great meal!
However, today I waited for 4 minutes at an empty counter at 7:00 p.m. at night.
Then the guy took my order and turned to walk away without offering me a receipt.
The area by the pop machine and ketchup was filthy when I walked in and it still filthy as I am walking out… There is one other person in the restaurant how nobody came by to clean anything in 30 minutes is truly unprecedented for being at a Culver’s.
When I went to go look for a table, the first three that I looked at were dirty. One of them still had cups on it and they’re literally is no one else in the restaurant on this side. (What’s funny is I moved 1 cup to an empty table more in the center of the restaurant then along the walls and it’s still there as I am leaving (39 minutes later… I was on Instagram).
It probably wouldn’t have bothered me if I were at McDonald’s but since I’ve never had a bad experience before I felt the need to review / comment on this one.
Before you think maybe they were just understaffed I saw 2 employees standing doing nothing.
The food was still awesome!

Culver’s is the best fast food burger you can get in the Midwest in my opinion. Before their price prevented me from going there as often but now now that Mcdonalds has the audacity to charge $3.50 for a Mcdouble. In some cases their meals may cost MORE than the equivalent Culver’s meal. Culver’s is not so much fast food as it is good food served quickly. Now I usually go to Culver’s once or twice every other week while working. Their staff has been trained well and is always good at their jobs. Their locations are always clean. Ask around the Midwest and I’d be surprised if most people who respond didn’t tell you Culver’s is the best burger joint in the Midwest. We don’t have In-N-Out so Congress is definitely the best

Great food like always. Decided to add a scoop of the flavor of the day in a dish at the drive through. She looked annoyed and not to friendly. I would say she got me back with giving me the smallest scoop of ice cream I have ever received. Even though food was great.

Ordered through door dash, ask for no bun cause I’m gluten free and they put half a bun on it??? Why?? I couldn’t eat it and called the manager, she said I couldn’t get a refund but will give me a coupon…no that’s not how it’s done when you made the mistake! So I didn’t get to eat. Bad customer service and made me feel like it’s to bad for me and wasted my money.

Been coming to this Culvers for 2 years now and the food is always great. However, the frozen custard is always too soft. I asked a team member about it about a year ago and they said that a part in the machine needs to be replaced. So I stopped getting custard from there. Tonight I figured they must have fixed the machine by now. My custard was not good. Way too soft. Shame on you Culvers. Do better.

I came to eat lunch. Went through the drive through. I ordered my meal a basket and an extra side of cheese curds. They brought me out a kids meal. So I went in and they didn’t even charge me for cheese curds just made it my side instead of fries. They corrected my meal and then didn’t give me a regular drink that I ordered and when I asked for my drink they put the cup down with an attitude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Didn’t apologize or anything. I was very nice and respectful even though they were the ones who messed up my order and I had to come in to fix the mistake. Not to mention I repeated that I only wanted cheese and ketchup on the burger and they put mustard on as well even after having to fix my order…
