Definitely ranks as one of the worst fast-food experiences ever, and incompetent staff and manager only exacerbated the situation. Would rate them a -5 if possible. I have never had anyone so stupid mess up something so simple. And they could care less about losing the order or the customer because the mobile app would not allow a cancel after I was already at the window. Had to call corporate who has to message the franchise in order to provide a refund. I wish I could get a refund on my time they wasted!!!!

This is by far the worst Wendy’s. I’ve ever been to. Loves needs to shut this place down and bring in another restaurant. It’s a gamble if the food is gonna be at least warm. If it warm be on the look out for hair in it. They are always out of something. Never have chili. It’s Oct an we are starting in the winter months and can’t even have chili. When you ask about when things may be available. It get told. We’ll get to it when we get to it. They want $20 an hour but work at a $2 hr mind set

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The service sucks and the food is always cold. If you go through the drive through you will 100% get pulled forward and wait 20+ minutes just to receive cold food. Staff is hateful and act like they hate their job. 0/10 would not recommend.

Really impressed that the employees looked normal here , No blue , green or red hair and actually talked to the customers like they should , Good job to this manager!!! Food was great and the place was clean especially being in a truck stop where there is alot of traffic .

TERRIBLE! INCOMPETENT! This was one of the WORST fast food experiences I have had and I will most definitely be writing a COMPLAINT about this location. It was that bad. I contacted these people and instead of answering basic questions about the cost of a cheese burger they asked “what is it” (its a burger) and delayed my answer and costed me valuable time from my road trip schedule! After I asked a second time politely “how much is a double cheese burger”, they needed even more time and FINALLY came me an answer.
Staff delays like this in the industry I work and inability to promptly provide information in would get you fired. Please do better for the next customer. I’ll be packing a lunch along next time I drive through here!

The worst Wendy’s ever, as I sit in the parking lot at 11:15 at night and throw my food in the trash. Its terrible. The fries are barely Luke warm, the burger is hard and not fresh on any level, and the pineapple mango lemonade has so much gunk at the bottom im getting zero lemonade. This place is a joke. Ive been on the road for 11 hrs today and wanted a somewhat digestible meal before bed, I guess that’s asking for too much.

I bought 4 panko fish sandwichs and wanted 3 of them with everything on them and 1 with only cheese on a bun but when i received the special order sandwich i didnt even get a bun then they asked me if i wanted a bun on second trip through the drive thru i said that would be nice how else was i supposed.to eat the sandwich the manager was really nice and helpful she got the problem resolved

This place was awesome. I ordered the chicken asiago club and it was delicious. The cashier recommended their chocolate cookie ice cream. It is ice cream with a cookie crunched up and placed on top, then they drizzle chocolate syrup over it. It was so good. I didn’t even know they had this menu item. I am now a big fan.
