The people working this McDonald’s are horrible. They got my order wrong and they take forever. I went a couple days ago and I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes while the other speaker was rolling people through. I ordered a sausage McGriddle with just the sausage patty and they gave me just an egg on the McGriddle. Do better Opelousas.

I went there for a nice cold sprite at 10:50PM and they were OUT. HOW are you out of sprite? sprite is the one thing you cannot run out of at a McDonalds establishment. Absolutely unacceptable. I had to get a COKE as an alternative. This is how you know it’s bad and it’s a shame. They gave us our fries and 1 drink for a party of THREE PEOPLE. We spent 35$ and it took an hour just to get tenders and McCrispy meals. 1/10 would not recommend. I still want my sprite please.

We have unfortunately had to displeasure of visiting this McDonald’s several times. My son who has arfid has very little safe foods in this areas. They have yet to get a single order correct. Happy meals with hot mustard. Either they put BBQ or nothing. It’s honestly not that difficult. Then they are rude. Sometimes it isn’t as simple as a missed sauce. Sometimes it’s hours of melt downs and frustration. Do better.

I had the baddest experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru just a few minutes ago. Me and my husband are there two $5 McDouble meal deals and a extra small fry on the side and it was not how we expected. I am super disappointed at this McDonald’s because before I would normally not have this problem. The fries were cold, burgers was not good, nuggets was not cook all the way. I called 4 times and no answer. I’m super disappointed.

It’s off the highway and we know the food very friendly staff. Bathrooms and the store itself is not very clean but I am thankful to be able to use the restroom and get a snack.
