Nestled in the small town charm of Gibson City you find Burgers and Beer. You walk into the bar area which has that sports bar feel. The adjoining dining area is more intimate. As the name would suggest the menu has a ton of different burgers, even chicken and veggie takes. Overall the atmosphere is good and the food is good. No issues. The price for three people to eat was reasonable.

Food was tasty. This Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog was like a party in my face. I have never had a dog so good in all my 60 years. My wife really enjoyed her Nachos as well. Faeth, I believe our waitress was, was top notch as well..We will be back.

I enjoyed the Delicious food. It is a well built bar and grill. The interior designer did a good job making the two former business spaces into one cohesive, well appointed, eating establishment.
The Hot Potato Chips are hot out of the fryer with burger seasoning on them; they are not spicy. You should try them, delicious!

Not busy at noon on Sunday. Wife had the BLT and tater tots. My Mom had the “Button Pusher” burger with mushrooms and cheese with tots. And I had the “Hell Yeah” burger with steak fries and brown gravy. We all enjoyed our food. Good and hot. Mine has a ton of fries and gravy. Too much for me. I ate the burger patty on the Texas toast. And skipped most of the fries. It’s kinda plain, beef is good quality. You might try adding cheese at least. They have many different items. I tend to try a new one each time I go. While good, I won’t need to try that one again.
But you really, really should give the restaurant a try. $42.46 for 3 meals with fries or tots. Not bad.

Happened to be in Gibson City at supper time, been to B&B in Kankakee many times so decided to give this one a try and we were happy we did. They had every beer we asked for (as opposed to the other location) food was great & service was what you should expect. From here on, I choose the GC location.

Complained about my burger being undercooked manager said could cook another… had already been there long enough so asked to have the food discounted since it was inedible… was given half off the one sandwich
Ordered medium… burger was barely more than rare. Tried to eat around the edge but was not appealing seeing all of the bloody meat. Feel the burger should have been removed from the ticket since I wasn’t able to eat it
If you’re going to ask how someone wants their burger cooked you should know how to cook it

So the burgers were super good. I had the Gar-lick and it was tasty with the right amounts of each flavor. The curly fries were more tiny pieces than fries and slightly over cooked. The waitress was ok, not very friendly though. The reason I am only giving it a 2 is because it took an hour and a half to get our order. The place was busy, but our order should not have taken so long. A burger, a chicken sandwich, a hot dog and two grilled cheese was what we ordered. I could have driven to the store, bought all the ingredients, took them home, prepared the meal, cooked the food, eaten it, and did the dishes in the same amount of time as eating here. Then there wasn’t an apology or an explanation offered as to why it took an excessively long time. Several tables just left because it was taking so long. As a former restaurant owner, I would never have let this happen without apologizing to the customers. We won’t eat here again.
