Frolik was fantastic. The service was spectacular from start to finish. The manager and our server Michelle went the extra mile to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. They were incredibly accommodating with a few special requests and handled everything with kindness and professionalism.
The crab cakes were delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I also ordered the Gettin’ Figgy With It craft cocktail and it was excellent. Sweet, smooth, and very flavorful. Easily one of the best cocktails I have had in a while.
Great atmosphere, great drinks, and truly outstanding service. We will definitely be back.

First time visiting this place as a tourist with my family, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The restaurant itself is really nice, and the service was excellent
everything fresh and thoughtfully made.
We had the cedar-plank salmon, mushroom risotto, and salmon chowder, and all three dishes were delicious. The salmon was perfectly cooked and taste so good. and you can tell it’s really fresh, The risotto is a top-notch dish, and the chowder had great flavor. Their crab cakes were a surprise favorite, and the truffle fries are a must-try.
Overall, a great spot for visitors. Really good food, family vibe, and worth checking out if you’re in the area.

This place is a hidden gem! We absolutely loved everything we ordered the halibut was incredible and full of flavor. Our waitress was super sweet and suggested the halibut, and I’m so glad I tried it because it was truly delicious. The truffle fries were amazing perfectly cooked and paired with a delicious sauce and even the kids’ burger was a hit. Amazing food, great service, and such a pleasant surprise overall. If you are in downtown Seattle, go here!

Average food with above average prices. Probably wouldn’t have eaten there if I didn’t stay at the Hilton. Even the $15 meal credits couldn’t make me want to make a second visit. Convenient if you need to eat and don’t want to leave the hotel. Elephant and Castle downstairs would be a better option.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel restaurant experiences I’ve had. The main entrée was shockingly small and poorly executed, the chicken came with just a few spiky carrots, and even the carrots were undercooked and hard to chew. Look at my photos – what kind of presentation is this? That thing was $45. For the price, this was completely unjustifiable, and they automatically charge 20% gratuity regardless of the group size. I would not return and would recommend avoiding this place unless you absolutely have no other option! So many red flags here.
Also, they don’t even know how to split cards properly, only an even split is possible, nothing like putting $40 on one card and the rest on another. This should be basic by now; it’s 2026.
Cleanliness: Pass
Service: No
Vibe: Pass
Taste & Flavor: No
Revisit intention: Absolutely No

Good food at a decent price. The restaurant is on the 5th floor within the Motif hotel. The truffle fries were great and went well with the salmon. Chocolate tart rapped up the evening, accompanied with a glass of the red blend.

Decent hotel bar. Didn’t try any food but I appreciated the drink voucher at check in. Vibes were super slow/quiet. The actual restaurant is way larger than I expected.

The atmosphere at Frolik is amazing, and the space itself is really well done. The main reason we chose to come, though, was for the rooftop view to watch the sunset. Unfortunately, when we arrived we found out the rooftop was closed. I just wish this had been communicated on the website or somewhere ahead of time so expectations were clearer.
Also, an automatic 20% gratuity is added to every bill, just sharing this for transparency. Overall, it’s a nice spot with great ambiance, but clearer communication would have helped the experience.

Fresh start for Frolik that you won’t want to miss out on. We had the amazing opportunity to experience Frolik at the Motif in Seattle. Walking into the restaurant already set the tone for the night. Such a beautiful, inviting and classy feel from the start. We ended up with trying at least 6 different cocktails that all had different flavors that did not disappoint. We had a wide range of dishes from chicken to seafood. All of them leaving you wanting more. You can’t go wrong with any option on the menu. We ended with their lava cake type dessert that was the perfect amount of sweetness to finish the night. Our service all night was exceptional. Janice and Dan took care of us on the floor, never leaving us waiting for service. The bartender Tracy was incredible at creating the perfect balance of flavors. The food was top notch with their new head Chef Angel. He created the perfect menu using the seafood of Seattle and putting flavors together that you need to experience. We cant wait for the year round outdoor patio to open so we can enjoy the food and cocktails out there!

Ordered the lobster roll from the lunch menu and what a disappointment. I asked the server how much lobster is added to the dish and was told 1oz each roll. I was not aware it is a cold roll and it was shredded lobster. I was expecting chunks of lobster and this imitation lobster look alike showed up. It didn’t even taste like lobster.
See it for yourself in the picture attached.
$28 + tax + mandatory 20% tip = approximately $37/$38 was not worth this. Order something else.
Service was a bit slow, after I ordered I think I waited 15 -20 minutes.
