Was welcomed once I entered with a smile & was asked how my day was going . Went in for a burrito but was encouraged to get the daily special & mane did it taste amazing! Taco Tuesday was definitely mucho delicious ! Inside was clean & chef made the tacos crunchy just like mi amor !

Food is been the same for years it good but sometimes late night van differ dpending on cook. My only thing is the dramatically increased the price and nothing got better same old menu . I figure out hwo to get deals on like some menu items like a chicken burrito or breakfast burritos but now that all pretty much are 14 to 16 plus tax when it wasn’t even long ago that some of them were 7.99 to 8.99 for some . Paid 11 for a burrito and the lady refused to give me more than 1 salsa. Even when I asked for extra I was left sitting and brung one salsa and told I can only get one extra. TWELVE DOLLAR BURRITO I can’t get extra salsa? No type of costumer service.

Came for fish burritos. They were out of fish. This was a huge bummer. Not a big beef eater these days, but ordered a carne asada burrito. It was absolutely delicious.

This is a new review of a restaurant that I’m drop their stars from 4 to 1. I’m sorry but whatever happened to the customer is always right? Not sit and argue while making rude comments and giving dirty looks. I’m all about promoting local small businesses here downtown. It’s always nice to successful restaurant’s in the area that’s why I enjoy being part of this google guide community. Pretty simple I ordered a carne asada burrito with no onions mind you I was walking from the nightclub up the street going home. So when I get home it’s full of onions. (pico de gallo) so I call and they told me to bring it back tomorrow with the receipt so I did. As soon as the cashier sees me put the bag on the on the counter. I get a look of irritation from the cashier. I can’t believe a business owner would sit there and argue with a customer who clearly has money to spend and frequently stop in for occasionally meal. It actually wasn’t the owner it was just a cashier who is she told me wasn’t able to do anything other because she had to ask her boss. Who was not there of course. This cashier had absolutely no customer service skills or class. I believe the word is ratchet. Yes that describes her well. Now I’m a larger person and I know damn well standing at a counter arguing over food it’s not a good look! So you have to get me pretty angry to go there. This is not the first time that’s it happens at this restaurantI believe it’s about the third time. I’m tired of always just brushing it off, the cashier told me that if that ever happened to her even one time at a restaurant that she would never go back. Come on I’m a realist I know sometimes s*** happens and you get a order wrong or something but it’s what you do after that shows what kind of business you’re trying to run but today this cashier obviously failed. She treated me as I had been plotting to pull the great burrito heist of the century. Girl please… I ain’t got time for that! Arguing over food is not a good look! Especially if ur a plus size Linda Evangelista supermodel of the world such as myself. Bottom line get your customers skills together filiberto’s treat customers with respect because you never know who likes to write reviews.

Apparently they charge cents for putting your food in a styrofoam plate. Been going here for 5 years now and they never charged me for a plate. Definitely the employee being extra.

Didn’t cut the carne asada they lefted it while it was hard and chewy was not good at all and my girl had got the chicken tacos and they tasted like tamales and were not good never eat here again

Quick and easy drive through. Just what you would expect from a Filiberto’s. Cali burro was large and very tasty. A bit much salt but still very good. Salsa verde was spicy which is always a good thing! Rolled tacos where good but a bit on the greasy side. Guac was tasty and seemed to be fresh made.
