Walked in the door a few minutes after opening this morning. Guy washing windows didn’t greet me. Ok that’s fine. But then I stood there for about five minutes while the two girls stood behind the back door. Looking at a phone and giggling. Then when they looked though the window one stopped looking at the phone and stated pretending to some work. And the other one kept on thier phone. Finally the one pretending to do something asked how I was doing and I said be better if I could order she got the girl off her phone and she finally came up to take my order. They knew I was there from the time I entered. They just didn’t care. I expect more out chic fil a as they always are one of the best in customer service. I just can’t believe I was the only one inside and took almost ten minutes just to receive a greeting.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Food is always fresh and delicious. Dining room is beautiful and has a play area for kids. A little pricier than your average fast food but worth it for the freshness.

My visit to the Saint Clairsville, Ohio Chick-fil-A today felt like an accidental audition for a hidden-camera show. First, we got the wrong order — always a strong start. Then I ventured into the bathroom, which looked like it had just survived a small apocalypse. There was poop on the toilet seat, and the room was so tiny I felt like I needed to step outside just to turn around. For a restaurant this size, the bathroom was basically a broom closet with plumbing.

Back in the dining room, the trash cans were overflowing like they were trying to escape their earthly containers. My fries were cold enough to qualify as a cryotherapy session, and my brownie crumbled faster than my hopes for this meal. The drink? Let’s just say it was 90% ice, 10% Cherry Coke, and 100% disappointment.

To top it all off, the service was slow — not “Chick-fil-A slow,” but “are they aging my meal in an oak barrel?” slow.

I usually love Chick-fil-A, but today was rough. Really hoping this was a one-off performance and not part of the regular menu.

I eat at Chick-fil-A quite often. It always seems to be predictable until this visit. At this visit, the cash register attendant charged an additional fee for a salad that should have been included in the meal. When we received the food which was late due to the fact that they classed it as a to go order rather than Eat in the dining area, the french fries were hard. They did bring another order of fries at my request, but they weren’t much better. Also, the chicken strips seemed as if they were reheated. The salad was old and showing some deterioration in color. The tomatoes were very unripe! Overall, this did not seem like a Chick-fil-A experience!

Absolutely Devastated me to see workers standing out in this unbearable weather! 24 degrees Felt like 9 deg with high wind arounds 30s and these poor workers were outside taking orders! Do better Management! Does not surprise me with this location! They either are forced to work ill or stuck out in fridgit weather! Employees please do not settle, your worth more than the chicken!

#We stopped at this restaurant a little after 9 oclock in the evening. We were traveling home after attending our son’s college wrestling match. The dining room was closed, so we went through the drive- thru. This was fine- we were just getting food to go, anyway. We pulled up to order and they asked us to “hold” for about 5 minutes- which we thought was strange, as there were no other cars in the drive thru. We waited at the window for at least 5 minutes after we paid to get our food and then another 10 minutes for our drinks. We had to ask for sauce (even though we told them when we ordered) and straws. We drove to a nearby gas station so we could use the bathroom.

At this time, we began to unpack our food and found that they did not give us a fork for the salad we got, nor did they include the topping packet that comes with the Kale salad. We swung back around and went through the drive- thru again, only to wait 15+ minutes behind another car waiting on their order.

The staff was cleaning and getting ready to close-Completely underatandable, but waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes just to get the fork they didnt give me the first time was very irritating and quite rude. Looking inside, we could see everyone moving around and cleaning, talking, on their phones, drinking a milkshake, but here we are (and the car in front of us) just waiting. Once we finally pulle up to the window and explained our issue, no apologies were evenn given.

I hope this isnt a common occurance after 9 oclock at this chain. If we would have known we would be set back 25 minutes on our 2 hour ride home, we would have gone to Arby’s down the road.
**Edit: I just wanted to add that once got on the road (it was dark, of course) I opened my packet of almonds for my salad only to realize when I took a bite that they had given me granola!!! I ate it anyway because we went through such trouble just to get the fork.

We usually stop here when we go to visit our son in college, I dont see us going back. We will drive to the next chic fil a on another exit toward home.

Ask for how may sauces you want because I only got 1 for a 12ct. I remember when they weren’t stingy on the sauces. I understand cost but one, really?

The food was pretty good. Although a complaint is that a worker named Ethan around 6:30 PM blatantly walked out of a stall(he wasn’t cleaning), and did not wash his hands. This could cause contamination of the food and items in the restaurant. Thank you.
