We came in to celebrate my wife’s big promotion and had a fantastic experience. The food was great as always, but the staff truly put it over the top. Kelsie, our server, was wonderful, and Nolan (the manager) was extremely accommodating and made sure our celebration felt special. It’s rare to find this level of service—they made a big night even better!

Very nice quiet atmosphere. Food & drinks were phenomenal! Our waiter was very nice and accommodating.

Everything was good except the wait time. Being Christmas Day, it was very busy but the wait staff was only about 3-4 waiters and it took almost an hour after our reservation time to get a table. Only two dining rooms open but probably a total of 10 tables being used. When we left there were at least 40 people waiting for tables. Paul was our server and he took great care of us. He is definitely a good waiter.

We had Kristian as our server, she was OUTSTANDING!, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions, she needs a raise! We ordered the lobsterfest and it was delicious. It was hot and very well cooked. We will definitely come back soon!

Consistent. Pleasant experience.. The server was attentive and friendly. Lobster stuffed mushrooms were good. The cheddar bay biscuits are always very good. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Food was prepared as ordered and had good taste. A bit higher this round but what isn’t. Will return.

We had an outstanding dining experience thanks to our server, Paul! From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Our drinks stayed full, every order was perfect, and he checked in often enough to make sure everything was just right without ever being intrusive.
Paul also made great menu recommendations and timed everything perfectly — truly a professional who takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to find such warm, efficient service these days, and he made our meal special from start to finish.

We have had mixed experiences with Red Lobster over the years but, were recently driving through the Paducah KY area and stopped at the Red Lobster there and was pleasantly surprised. Of course we knew what food you would expect with the stop but, was quite happy with how the store was kept up and especially happy with the staff. Definitely one of the better stores we’ve been to in a while.

I’m in town for work and my client insisted on dinner at Red Lobster. I’m from an area that has some of the best seafood in the country so I entered highly skeptical. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the Lobsterfest boil and our server was very polite and was there when we needed. I’m sure I’ll be returning when business brings me back.

Loved the experience. Food was great, beautifully cooked with great sides. Atmosphere was quiet, enjoyable, with a nice melodic tune playing throughout the entire dinner. Our waiter Paul was one of the best parts of our dinner! Great service and always there right when we needed, never left us hanging on anything and made the dinner super enjoyable! Great experience and an awesome dinner on a Monday night.
