Absolutely blown away by our experience at Spice Kitchen in Stroudsburg! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-tier — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their guests.
The food? Next level.
We started with drinks that were not only delicious but beautifully presented. The copper mug cocktail was fresh and vibrant with mint bursting over crushed ice — crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. The other drink had this stunning sunset gradient that looked almost too good to touch. Presentation alone deserves five stars.
Then came the main course… wow. The curry was rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced — layered with depth but not overpowering. Paired with fluffy, perfectly cooked basmati rice and warm, slightly charred naan that was soft on the inside with that perfect crisp on the outside. Every bite hit.
Even the plating was impressive — colorful, clean, and inviting. You can tell there’s pride in both the kitchen and the service staff.
If you’re anywhere near Stroudsburg, this place is a must. Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing service. We’ll absolutely be back.

We ordered daal and chicken karhai with tandori roti.
Everything was good and delicious just that chicken karahi has very little chicken cubes and more gravy with green peppers and onions. More like a jalfrezi type gravy.

The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. The chai is some of the best I’ve ever had . Their buffet is exceptional ! So reasonably priced. Can’t beat it

Food was strictly ok. I personally didn’t like my chicken sweet corn soup, it lacked flavor, and it was very chunky, almost like a corn stew. The manchow soup was a lot better, and my wife liked it a lot. The main courses were ok, and they came with rice. So, we made the mistake of ordering roti also. The waiter said it would a chapati style roti, so our expectations were of that, but it was basically a naan, and we didn’t want a naan. Chili chicken was strictly ok also.
Service was a tad slow, but it’s understandable due to lack of waiters.
I haven’t tried other Indian restaurants in the area, but this had the best rating of them all hence came here. Was left a bit disappointed with the food.

If I could give zero I would. Disgusting naan (sweet and taste like corn) and chicken shish kebab (uncooked). Overpriced and false advertising, online it says a different price than what he charges. Expected a nice meal but disappointing food. Please do not order from here, there is another spot by Giant that is so much better. I also called the owner or staff was completely dismissive telling me I don’t have to order again and refused to refund or replace it.

I had not been to the Spice Kitchen in well over a year but finally got back there.
For some reason, it was empty this Wednesday, but I soon landed at a table and ordered their Burrata Butter Chicken.
The dish was quite satisfying, with the right amount of cream and spicy tomato. The tomatoes used in the dish were so fresh and ripe, they added a bit of sweetness to the sauce.
I certainly hope the restaurant is packed on other evenings because it should be.
I’m looking forward to returning for another dinner and hope to head there for their buffet lunch as well.

Place was beautiful inside. Had No customers on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered a chicken biriyani spicy. Which wasn’t spicy at all. Also had full leg pieces of chicken. Never seen that before. Ordered a goat Biriyani mild. And that was Super spicy. Food was packed with seeds and Black Pepper chunks, not even grinded. Only got through a few bites and couldn’t eat it anymore. Each dish was $22! Very disappointed in their food. Bill came out to almost $200 with their top automatically included.

Came here for the first time with my family. We got there at 8:26pm. The sign said they close at 10 but the person who greeted us said they closed at 9:30 so to keep that in mind. We were looking at the menu when he came over and said if we’re ready to order. Mind you, he just gave us the menu 2 minutes before that. He kept looking at his watch which was bothersome. We ordered noodles, samosa chaat, buttered naan, chicken kadai and chicken tikka masala. The entree came with basmati rice which was so hard. We told him that it was hard. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The food was good that’s why I gave 2 stars but very disappointed with the service!!

“Terrible experience! I waited over an hour for my food, only to be served dishes that were half-cooked and inedible. The hot and sour chicken soup was so salty it tasted like they dumped an entire box of salt into it. Absolutely unacceptable quality — I would never recommend this place to anyone.”
