We just went inside and got our food, didn’t get either order of our Large fries. Nobody was around or even acknowledged us so that we could get them. We eventually just leave because our food was getting cold at that point. Get home to eat our food, and our large order of cheese curds has a dead fly at the bottom. Completely ruined our meal. Tried calling the store 6 times, no answer. We will not be returning.

I went through the drive thru. There was a group of young men maybe 3 or 4 in the back of the restaurant gathering. When I went to the drive thru window it had fingerprints all over like it had never been cleaned. Even the window to the left that doesn’t open. You probably can’t tell by the picture I attached. The young men could’ve been on a break but someone should’ve been cleaning the window. Our custard was good and the lady who waited on me was very pleasant.

We were cheerfully greeted as soon as we stepped up to the register. I gave our order to the young gentleman who quickly processed it. I was able to redeem a $10 reward that I have earned from past visits, it doesn’t get much better than that! Our number was called quickly, within 5 minutes and we enjoyed our meal immensely. The portion size of the fries was very generous, and the hamburgers were done just right. There’s familiar music piping through the music system which added to the atmosphere. The manager even came around to ask how everything was, this makes us the customer feel valued and appreciated. Very happy with this visit.

I have legit never had to wait longer for “fast food” in my life. I placed my order at 12:36… I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for 1 burger. Only to see it look like it was manhandled. Severely disappointed.

Drive thru- order taker was short and rude. Guy at the window appeared to be in training and was nice. Fries were half empty and cold. Burger was overly salted and drenched in mustard. The shake was okay. Price was a bit high, especially for the quality. This was my first impression of Freddy’s. I don’t foresee a return trip. Overall disappointed.

Went in for lunch today. This place is a dump! Multiple tables are gone! Seats are there but no tables. When I say multiple I mean 5 or 6. The remaining tables had not been cleaned in a while. The floor (while always greasy) had visible trash. They did get our order correct though that’s why I gave them two stars.

The fact that this happened to me twice now that I’ve bitten into my burger, eating it halfway through and realize that the entire center of the meat is pink. The last time I ate here it caused me to get very sick and I’m pregnant and I’m not allowed to eat any sort of meat that is uncooked. Yes, the manager apologized and remade the food but one day this is going to get somebody very sick. Unfortunately, this might be my last time ordering from this Freddy’s and I love eating here, but for health and safety reasons I have no other choice. I will applaud the manager for being so sweet about it and apologizing, it wasn’t her fault, but she still satisfied the customer in the end

I love Freddy’s! Yes it’s a little more expensive than other places, but it’s a different flavor and made fresh to order. Plus, the staff at this location are very nice and willing to answer any questions.
Our group has had the burgers, patty melt, chicken tenders, fries, cheese curds, onion rings, and custard and there wasn’t one thing we didn’t enjoy.
Picked up a bottle of Freddy’s sauce to have at home for those nights when getting to Freddy’s isn’t option.
