If I had a receipt given to me, I would’ve complained to corporate instead of here. I can see why they have such a bad review. I went through the drive-through yesterday morning. I ordered two maple bacon, chicken croissants, a SAUSAGE, egg and cheese biscuit, and a six piece French toast stick. I get to work and was given a BACON egg and cheese biscuit. The French toast sticks were fine. One of the breakfast chicken sandwiches were right, but I opened the other breakfast chicken sandwich today and it was missing the maple sauce that goes on it and the bacon. Literally, there were no modifications to anything that was ordered. All they had to do was follow simple directions on how to put items together and that was clearly too difficult. I will definitely not be coming back to this location

Everytime i have gone here the staff gets worse and worse. They have became EXTREMELY rude and do not care to give the correct orders out. I just left here and and ordered two meals with ranch sauce and clarified when she asked if i wanted barbecue sauce and i made sure i said two orders with ranch, when i came to the window she almost charged me for 3 meals before i caught and when i left her know i only ordered two meals she was extremely rude and did not even have anything to say back. also, when i went in to go get my ranch and exchanged the barbecue sauce the man just grabbed the barbecue sauce and then threw the ranch on the counter.this isn’t the only bad experience i’ve had here lately and i’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because I loved going to this location but as time goes by the staff has became extremely disappointing.

The absolute WORST Wendy’s I’ve been to. Will NEVER come back. They didn’t even get my order right. Over charged me for something I didn’t order. When asked for a receipt the worker conveniently ran out of paper. She had a big problem apparently doing her job. She sucked.! SAVE YOU’RE MONEY.! DON’T COME HERE.! Definitely go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend NO fast food spots on Hoover. Just terrible.

I just came through the drive-thru order five biggie bags 4 Dr pepper one Sprite and a 6-piece nugget upon getting home I only got my five biggie bags three Dr peppers and two sprites I’ve called the store four times nobody is answering this is very unacceptable how they treat their customers definitely be going to a different Wendy’s from now on don’t care if it’s out of my way I have worked with the company

I want the drive thru because they close the dining area early all I got was a bacon Jr cheeseburger no bacon no onions and when I said something to him about it he handed me a container with two slices of bacon and something onions the Wendy’s right there on 8 Mile and groesbeck terrible night shift afternoon shift whatever shift they want to call it it wasn’t even 9:00 no receipt so I can’t even give you the store number

I dislike most breakfast foods but I loved the Maple Chicken Bacon Croissant. I have been getting this sandwich for about three years and they changed the chicken! Used to be a nice sized piece of chicken, now they made a gross thin nugget patty. Meat texture is gross and the taste is now different. The rest of the sandwich tasted great. I hope someone messed up the chicken order and it was just at this location.
