Came in and ordered a deluxe double quarter add bacon and jalapeno crisps, and got a regular double quarter with 3 pieces of the jalapeno crisps at least I got the bacon…. I got no receipt and I only noticed when I got home, I didn’t want to drive back there and fix it. But I swear they need to get trained better I get it’s McDonald’s but it’s really a hit or miss with this place.

I order 5 Hot Fudge Sundae for me and my coworkers and I received just the vanilla ice creams “No hot Chocolate on no one of those”. Super simple and they made wrong because they don’t care about customers, about your time or what you really wants to get. 2nd time and last one that i will order something from this indescriptible place, the worst fast food restaurant that i ever been or orden from uber app. I don’t recommend this place to no body . If you want to get mad and have a horrible day go to this “MAD Donald’s”

If I could give no stars I would. Went there tonight 9/27/25. I GOT BURNED CHICKEN NUGGETS AND ICE COLD FRIES. WHEN I CALLED AND COMPLAINED THE MANAGER SAID WITH AN ATTITUDE THERE’S NOTHING SHE COULD DO!!! THERE IS U COULD HAVE PUT MY NAME IN UR BOOK SO THE FOOD COULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED. DON’T GO TO THIS GETTO NASTY MCDONALD’S. MANAGER NEEDS FIRED. UNBELIEVABLE THAT THIS PLACE IS OPEN. NEEDS NEW WORKERS AND MANAGERS.

I go to this restaurant every Tuesday and they know me by name the food is fresh and they are always friendly. The lobby is always clean and quiet to sit and relax. I use the kiosk to go and they are quick making my order so I’m in and out. This is a great McDonald’s to visit.

Never have there frappe machine working. Or the mix or whatever. So i didn’t get anything. Has happened multiple times at this location. I don’t want to go just for the frappe but without it I’m not going to buy anything else either.

How hard is it to make a big Mac with no pickles then you get your food your sandwich has no cheese so hiring people who play around in the store the floors was horrible food every on the floor and the mangers need to step up the rules on their workers..the McDonald’s on dixion blvd in cocoa Florida is the worst restaurant I been in and why is the tea urns empty and sitting in the lobby yall need to do better
