My first time at Taco Bell in YEARS. I kept seeing the Luxe commercials and decided to give it a try. Basically it’s Taco Bell repackaged. I bought the discovery box that has some kind of rolled up cheesy tortilla with a mystery meat, the dipping sauce I chose was avocado ranch which had a kick to it, a beef champagne and cinnamon twists. The Verde sauce was $0.20/pack (why!?). Taco Bell has definitely never been considered health food but it sufficiently curbed my munchies. The service was fast through drive thru. I don’t know how long it will be until the next time.

horrible employees. drive through service was the worst ive ever experienced and will never go back!!! i had to ask 3 times for sauce and then once i got my food i asked the girl working at the window for sauce and she rudely told me she had already put some in the bag. got home and there was no sauce in the bag.

Just about ten minutes ago we were given food over the counter. upon walking out of the store the taco bell bag ripped. We were told that we had to REPAY for the food. So we did. and that is what led me here to leave this review. Not sure who the woman was that was all pissed off about the bag ripping but you would think you would replace the food for free. its not like we were swinging the bag around in circles. do better

Both the “customer service” and ability to fulfill orders are horrendously non-existent. It’s easily the worst in York. Delivery drivers beware; 9 times out of 10 they won’t have the order and won’t make it either! Even tho they let the order go through. If you love awful vibes and food, this is the spot for you!

The past few times I have gone to this location there has been at least one item missing from my order. A little disappointing seeing as I pay for those items and it has happened multiple times. Staff is always nice though.

I only go through the drive through so I can’t say how the atmosphere is, but they are always super polite and quick service with a great attitude!

Had us waiting over an hour said it would be a 25 minute wait. Pushed all their door dashes out and refunded every customer who paid at store except us and when we went to the door was told we couldn’t get refunded tonight because they closed out their registers for the day.

While ordering in the drive thru, I realized I forgot to order my son’s two extra tacos. I pulled up to the window and explained that I would like to add two tacos to my order (meat and cheese only). First I was told it couldn’t be added to my order and they would have to start a whole new order because they had already started making my food. THEN, I was told if I wanted the two tacos, that I would have to go thru the drive thru again. I politely told the people at the window that if it’s that big of a problem then forget the two tacos. The young gentleman ringing me up told the woman making food that I didn’t want to go back through the drive thru for the tacos and she screamed “DOES SHE WANT THE TACOS OR WHAT!!??” Essentially, they WERE able to add to my order, took my payment, and then I was told to pick another flavor freeze from what I HAD PAID FOR because they didn’t have the flavor I ordered ready. (Seriously!? After you told me to go back through the drive thru for 2 tacos?) Very, very, RUDE, terrible customer service and we will not be coming back to this East York location.
