Even though menudo is only available on the weekends they still made it for me.
At under $14 it came with tortillas.
I really like this version at Roberto’s as it doesn’t have hominy like at many other places. I don’t care for hominy. So straight tripes are fine with me. Very tasty.
And condiment bar has the usual plus fresh sliced cucumbers.

Let me start by saying. I am actually a fan of the Rolberto’s food chain.
But wow was I disappointed with this location.
I went in for lunch on a Wednesday and ordered a shredded Chicken Burrito (which I have ordered many times at other locations) and it was the greasiest, soggiest burrito I have ever had here. The burrito pretty much fell apart instantly and was literally leaking grease and broth. It made the whole lunch super uncomfortable. Also the condiments are usually fresh at these restaurants but the limes here looked like they were weeks old.
I was very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location. I have also attached photos for reference.

The Cashier/Order Taker was very friendly and welcoming.
My hubby ordered a Carne Asada Burrito. He said they were not skimpy with ingredients and was seasoned well and tasty!

Haven’t eaten the food but the 1 star was for the “unhappy” cashier named Gloria I guess, I said unhappy because didn’t smile, said thank you or answered back when I said thanks, she handled the orders in a good manner tho.

Ordered the cheese enchilada plate and when i got my food, it was just a handful of cheddar cheese stuffed in a tortilla. The cheese wasnt melted or cooked, just cold cheddar cheese. I used uber eats so i couldnt bring it back. I called and all the guy said was “oh i dont know”
