My wife and I have been looking for a good mom and pop deli to support. We visited this location under previous ownership. We saw the new management sign so we stopped in. My wife was very happy with her egg sandwich. My beef stew was very tender and had good flavor. We will be going back for more.

The food is amazing. Prices are great. It’s clean and everyone working is very pleasant. My family loves this little deli. They have a daily fresh buffet. Please try. You won’t be disappointed. There’s really no deli you can compare to this one around here.

Im so happy to have found this deli, it’s literally Queens quality and prices but happens to be in Suffolk County. They make everything so well, so FRESH, and they are so friendly and understanding. Sometimes because they thought we waited too long, we got a free muffin or empanada which is so sweet on them. I don’t mine waiting a bit for their food because it’s worth it on how fresh and tasty it is. I used to love going to chubs, but imo this place is way better especially considering the price and the fact that their bread is so soft that I dont have a jaw ache eating afterwards

I ordered about 13 breakfast sandwiches for my drivers and the workers and cook made sure I received them on time. The young lady was very patient with my over the phone while taking my order . This will be my new breakfast go to. Food is also delicious and made with love. ❤️

This was my first time ordering from Vargas…I ordered lunch delivery through DoorDash and let me tell you, it was the ABSOLUTE BEST! First, I included some special instructions which they followed to a T! My order was very specific…burger cooked in no butter or oil, no cheese, no bun, and an extra pickle….and that is exactly how it arrived! AND it was ABSOLUTELY delish! The entire order was correct, which sometimes is hard to do, it seems, with some restaurants, but not Vargas! Will definitely be ordering from Vargas again!
