I ordered my food at 11am got there at 1108am it took 30 minutes to get my food I had to walk up to the door ask where my food was everybody else that got there after me waited 8 to 10 minutes for their food all I got was sorry nobody came up to see if something was wrong before I had to walk up to the door I’ve been going to this location for many years I’ve never had this problem hopefully this was a one time situation

*UPDATE from 1 to 3 stars! In the past couple of months the service has greatly improved. My drinks and food have been made correctly for the past 4-5 trips in a row and the new carhops are super sweet! They do need to clean up the lot and make some repairs. Maybe, speed up service. But, I will say that I grow patience when everything is done correctly so thank you! From my previous review that consisted of complaints due to loud rap and dirty restrooms with rude carhops I would say this is a big leap forward! Great job!

Sonic has change, been a while since I eat sonic and always was good because is expensive compared to other fast food places but not this time,this time order a classic chicken sandwich that was really small and burn as you can see on the picture. I know we all make mistakes that sometimes we don’t notice but I’m sure the cook seen that bun when put on that patty!

Took my kids here for a treat for being good and doing all there chores lately, and 2 of my kids had coupons they got from school they wanted to use. We got there and ordered and when it came time 2 pay the worker noticed the coupons had expired already. They were so nice and accepted them anyways. The car hopper was named Hannah and she was super nice and got everything perfect. She even had some extra napkins with her already. Way to think ahead, and she was pregnant . GOOD JOB for being on top of your game. I would recommend going here for sure. We have been there a few other times and the food has always been fresh.

Passing through town where I am from we don’t have a Sonic wanted to enjoy a tasty treat on the road. Got a turtle blast and it’s just vanilla ice cream with a few chocolate bites on top, not mixed in at all whatsoever. Very disappointing and expensive for just a thing of vanilla icecream.
