Sat at the bar and ordered the chori-dip which was excellent and (1) beef taco to test out the basics. After reading some prior reviews about this place being “hit or miss” I’d have to say they hit the mark with the chori-dip and soft taco as both flavors were great. And I believe the salsa is homemade in house. Don’t walk run here and give them a try, my apologies as I was on big back time and forgot to take a picture of the chori-dip and soft taco

But this still needs to be shared. I’ve gone to this restaurant for yearS, I’ve NEVER been charge a CARRY OUT CONTAINER FEE…
In addition what is a CONV FEE?? A convenience for me or you?
I feel robbed and people NEED to be AWARE of what you charging your CUSTOMERS for your INVENTORY and a CONV FEE??!!… Its not the 90 cents that I LET YOU, all keep since you really needed it. It is the principal. Also how is the LARGE SALSA less than the MED chip. I really need to pay more attention to my receipt when I come here…….if I come back… the food is always good.

We eat at this restaurant pretty often, most of the time food & service are very good, but tonight our waitress barely listened to our order, argued with a member of the party over bringing a Diet Coke instead of reg Coke, saying it was regular when obviously it wasn’t. Never got my drink refilled, asked for no tomatoes on the salad, got tomatoes! I have come to expect better.

Usual American Tex/Mex decor and such. I mean, just like all the others. BUT! This one is one big step above the others in the food. They have the regular Tex/Mex menu but offer some more different, real Mexican dishes. Like the brined lime cured shrimp plate. Their Verde Salsa has a better flavor than the chain restaurants. I didn’t ask, but it wasn’t one of the usual store bought brands used by some restaurants. Seasonings used give this place a good step up from the typical Tex/Mex place.

We came here for the first time in and it was absolutely wonderful.
We split a double fajita for 2 and it was so much food We had 2 to go boxes.
The drinks were great. The atmosphere was wonderful, and we had Michelle as our server. She was amazing and paid extra attention to all of our requests.
We will be back soon.
