Horrible customer service from the staff and management The staff and the manager was rude. After they took my oder. They proceeded to tell me. That they didn’t have 80% of my order. Mind you, I was there at like 9:45, and they didn’t close until 11. They told me that was all they had for the rest of the night, and they were not cooking anything else. You should have told me that before you took my money and wasted my time.

The service here is always horrible. The people taking orders are rude and seem miserable. Everytime I think about going to this location I regret my decision. How hard is it to greet customers and hand them food with a smile. Maybe even say Thank you and have a nice day. We had to ask the lady if that was everything since she walked away from the window but kept it open. She looked at us like we were bothering her. Would provide a name but I couldn’t even get a receipt.

50 minute wait for two sandwiches. Shame on corporate management, restaurant is very understaffed. The manager is sweet elderly woman who has to juggle all orders from drive thru, take our dine in and delivery all by herself, taking orders AND preparing them. So understaffed it makes 0 sense to wait for almost an hour for the food. Awful

I have a love/hate relationship with Popeyes. Generally the food is pretty good but the chance of getting our order correct has been ZERO on every visit….and the value of food for the money is a joke. Literally every order we’ve received at a Popeyes drive-thru has been wrong. The last time we carried out from Popeyes, 8 chicken tenders, a large fries and a few biscuits was $30. For the money and service, it just doesn’t make sense for us to return to Popeyes.

Disappointingly we picked this Popeyes location to come to. We were greeted by a loud obnoxious man that took the order & the entire time we were in the restaurant had to listen to that. The inside was filthy disgusting – we should have left but we were wanting to eat our food right after it was made. Our sandwiches were not very warm & were a little soggy. The fries were also not very warm & half were over cooked & so hard they were not edible. The shrimp tackle box used to be good – unfortunately it wasn’t this evening.

I paid $57 for a family meal (16 count chicken, 3 large sides, and 8 biscuits). When I came home I had only 5 biscuits instead of 8 that I paid for. As well as the fact that it was a 16 count chicken meal and I only got 13 pieces? My family had to go out and get more food because we didn’t get what we were expecting after we paid. What happened to checking food and meals before giving them to your customers? What will you do differently Popeyes for me to trust that I’m getting what I paid for?

This place is hit or miss, been there 3 times, and something is usually wrong. Some of the managers are quick to handle mishaps, others don’t seem to care at first. Wait time isn’t long, food is still ok, not the best. But with KFC next door that’s been extremely terrible, I’d choose Popeyes over them.

The employees are straight up just rude and act like it’s an inconvenience that we are there for literally no reason. Half the time the parking lot is empty and it’s just us.
Now here’s the thing, I usually don’t get too angry when my order is messed up because ya know, fast food is fast pace and you are bound to make mistakes here and there, but LITERALLY every time we have gone here, something has been messed up. We have made it a necessity to literally check our bag before we leave the drive thru because it happens LITERALLY every time and we have had to drive back from the house more than once.
I’d understand if the line was long or something or they had a major influx of orders, but half of the time we go, it’s at night and we are the ONLY people there. It makes no sense. This is either a skill issue or just plain ignorance and no care in the world.
Why do I keep coming here? Because I want some chicken that’s why. If there were other options nearby I would probably never come to this location again.

I have to admit, I was not going to write a 5 star review. Something did go wrong with our order, but the manager was so gracious and understanding I just could not in good conscience leave a bad review. She definitely gave us outstanding customer service. Thank you for not only fixing the issue but making it a pleasant experience.
