Absolutely beautiful hotel restaurant – definitely a special occasion dinner place. We went for their Bottomless Bellini brunch and couldn’t have loved that and the food more. (Breakfast Risotto – oh my…) AGM Cody was a gracious host and a welcome conversationalist. Our bartender Nicole kept the bellinis flowing and was also super fun to hang out with. (We are in the process of selling our downtown condo and thought we were moving to Arvada but after this brunch we saw some advertisments for closeby apartment buildings and are probably going to be regulars at this location since we’ll be walking home!)

Let me start by saying the food was ok. Unique dishes, ok flavors, potential for a talented kitchen. That said, the service was so bad it completely changed the experience, and I feel like people should know that going in.

We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday with family and the staff made us feel unwelcome. We were forgotten throughout the meal, water refills were an afterthought, and multiple requests never happened at all. The biggest issue was the attitude from the staff delivering food. One staff member with visible tattoos who dropped off several of our dishes was extremely aggressive in both tone and mannerisms. Plates were basically slammed down, and it honestly felt like we were being scolded or rushed. It created such an uncomfortable vibe at our table.

Then when we asked a staff member with braids to include bread with our to go order, she acted like we were inconveniencing her and got noticeably sassy with my mother in law over a simple request. It was unnecessary and unprofessional.

This is not a small service slip up. It’s a major guest experience issue, and it turned what should have been a fun celebration into a stressful, awkward night. The food is great, but I would caution anyone coming here to be prepared in case the service does not match the quality of the kitchen. Management really needs to address this.

We ate at Quality Italian last night and it was hands down one of the best meals we’ve had in Denver.

We started with the sausage and toast appetizer, and I’m still thinking about it. The flavor profile was absolutely perfect—a little spicy, a little sweet, incredibly savory, and just perfectly balanced. I could honestly eat that dish every single day. It set the tone for the entire meal.

For entrées, we had the Filet Mignon, which was outstanding. It came topped with fresh herbs and tons of roasted garlic, and it was cooked beautifully. We added the tableside truffle butter, which was shaved right in front of us and was absolutely delicious—rich without being overpowering and a perfect complement to the steak.

We ordered the broccoli as a side, and it deserves its own mention. It was charred and smoky with incredible depth of flavor—simple, elevated, and done exactly right.

We also had the Chicken Parmesan Pizza, which was such a unique and amazing dish. The crust itself is made from chicken parmesan, and it was absolutely delicious. It came with a salad and several herbs and spices to add on, which made the experience interactive and even more enjoyable.

For dessert, we shared the salty pistachio gelato with sour cherries and pizelles, and it was phenomenal—sweet, salty, creamy, and perfectly balanced. To finish the night, my fiancée had the peppermint tea, and I had a decaf macchiato, which were both great ways to wrap up an already incredible meal. The coffee flavors from the macchiato were some of the best I’ve had!

The service was excellent. Brian, our waiter, was very busy but still incredibly accommodating and attentive, which we really appreciated. The ambiance was fantastic—upscale but comfortable—and they even validated our valet parking, which was a nice touch.

Overall, this was an absolutely incredible dining experience. If you’re looking for exceptional Italian food in the Denver / Cherry Creek area, this place is a must. We highly recommend it and are already looking forward to going back soon.

Our server was incredibly attentive and great at taking care of our needs. We had a party of six, and there weren’t any long waits between drink refills or food deliveries. Although the prices are a bit higher (we easily spent $100 per person), the food and drinks were delicious. If you’re celebrating a birthday, be sure to let them know during your reservation, and they’ll have a birthday card waiting for you at your table before you arrive. and a bowl of ice cream for dessert. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back. (All food consumed is not pictured.)

$500 is ridiculous for the food that we received. The seafood tower was great, but who can mess up steamed cold seafood. Otherwise the lobsters was just ok. Then the chicken parm pizza. This was simply a sad shame. The crust was like a damp sponge. It was ridiculous, and I’m ashamed that I paid a great deal too much for this level of cuisine. To some, it’s incredible, but they probably think canned chef Boyardee ravioli is Italian food as well. So sad, and I still tipped 23%. The manager came to apologize but made no attempts at compensation. Only promising that he would have a conversation with the kitchen concerning the level of the food for us. Ruined my son’s birthday celebration.

We came here to celebrate a job promotion and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was so thoughtful, they surprised us with a complimentary chocolate olive oil cake and two glasses of limoncello, which made the night feel extra special. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect for celebrating, and the staff truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back for future celebrations.

The team at the reception desk helped us get in early because our daughter had altitude sickness and they were so kind and wonderful. We loved all of our meals and the service was top notch. It was very crowded – great energy and vibe. I am gluten free and had the truffle pasta with gluten free noodles and it was insanely delicious!!!

We had an early dinner at Quality Italian and the entire experience was incredible. The vibe was upscale but still warm and comfortable — perfect for a relaxed night out.

Our server, Jessica, was truly exceptional. She helped us navigate the menu and her recommendations were spot on. Everything she suggested ended up being our favorite dishes of the night. She was attentive without being overbearing, super knowledgeable, and genuinely made our dinner feel special.

The food was outstanding, the ambiance was beautiful, and the service went above and beyond. We left extremely happy and already talking about coming back.

Highly recommend — and if you go, definitely ask for Jessica!

My partner and I had dinner at Quality Italian last night for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate. From the moment we walked in, everything felt special. The hostess greeted us with a “happy anniversary,” and when we got to our table, there was even a handwritten card waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The highlight of the evening was the incredible service from Michael. We took all of his recommendations and loved every single dish. He timed everything perfectly, and every member of the team who came by our table was friendly and warm, whether they were dropping off another drink or boxing up leftovers. Even the manager stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary, which really made the night feel personal.

As for the food, it was absolutely phenomenal. The shrimp cocktail with Calabrian chile aioli was outstanding, and the lasagna for two with filet mignon meatballs was rich and flavorful. We ordered the sautéed spinach on the side, which paired perfectly. And the Ferrero Rocher dessert? Hands down one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. If you love chocolate and hazelnut, don’t leave without trying it.

The cocktails were just as good. Nicole, the bartender, made my favorite drink, a French Blonde, perfectly, and my partner said his Old Bro cocktail was fantastic.

Huge thank you to Michael and the entire team for making our anniversary dinner so memorable. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Quality Italian in Cherry Creek is absolutely amazing—it gives off that perfect old-school Italian vibe from the moment you walk in. The Caesar salad and lasagna are standouts you can’t skip; the lasagna, especially, is one of the best I’ve ever had and perfect for sharing. While I enjoyed the Parmesan, the lasagna truly steals the show. It’s an upscale spot that still feels family-friendly, with large tables and a warm atmosphere. Definitely make a reservation ahead of time—this place is worth every bite.
