Amazing sandwiches, made with care and intention, you cannot go wrong.
The Cuban aka the Loubano is flavorful pork, ham, cheese and pickles toasted on the panini press.
The club is loaded with the meats and cheese on croissant.
The meatloaf Sando is a slab.
Daily lunches as well.
Good fries, great onion rings/strings.
Good service and overall an experience worth repeating.
Lou’s is an absolute gem in Ridgeland! We sat at the bar both times and had incredible service, delicious food, and a dining experience that felt thoughtful from start to finish.
The Crawfish Fondue was one of my top favorites — creamy, loaded with Louisiana crawfish, and perfect for dipping into the seasoned house-cut fries. The Crab Fries were another must-order dish. I had them two nights in a row because they were that good: crispy, buttery, and topped with jumbo lump crab in a way that felt indulgent but not overdone.
The Brisket Toast was a surprise standout — rich, savory, and layered with depth from the sherry glaze and parmesan. And the Bronzed Gulf Redfish was beautifully plated and perfectly balanced with its mash, corn hash, and crab butter.
Desserts were a journey of their own. The Crème Brûlée was flawless — the lemon essence brought a bright, fresh twist to the classic vanilla bean custard. It was the flavor I wish I’d had when I ordered dessert in Sorrento earlier this year. The Blueberry “Cake” Cobbler was another winner (I’d definitely order it again). The Pecan Pie had tons of flavor but was a bit too heavy on the pecans for my taste, and the Bread Pudding leaned a little gummy — but with so many exceptional dishes on this menu, it barely registered as a miss.
If you’re anywhere near the Jackson/Ridgeland area, make time for Lou’s. Ask for a bar seat and don’t leave without trying the crawfish fondue, brisket toast, and crème brûlée. If I ever make it back to Jackson/Ridgeland this will be my spot!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We went in hungry and left genuinely impressed. I ordered the ribeye with fries, and it was exactly what you hope for when you commit to a steak night — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and tender. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and absolutely not safe from being finished.
My boyfriend ordered the filet with a twice-baked potato, and let’s just say there was a brief moment where I questioned my own order (in the best way). Everything at the table looked and tasted incredible. You can tell the kitchen knows what it’s doing.
Now let’s talk about Jonas. He was attentive without hovering, personable without being over-the-top, and had the timing of someone who truly understands great service. Drinks were refilled before we even noticed they were low, and he made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed.
Great food is one thing — but great service makes the night. Lou’s Full Serve delivered both. We’ll absolutely be back.
10/10, TRY THE SHRIMP CRUNCH- TO DIE FOR!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️
What truly made the night unforgettable, though, was our waiter, Jonas. He was attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and genuinely kind. He made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. His recommendations were spot-on, and he brought such a positive, upbeat vibe to our table. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and personal, but Jonas absolutely nailed it.
Lou’s Full Serve is lucky to have someone like him on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the amazing food, but for the outstanding service as well. Highly recommend!
It’s always a pleasant dining experience especially at the bar.
