Me and my cousin ordered the new drink and she orders up front. They’re pretty busy so we have to wait a while, and when her drink comes out it’s the wrong drink. She goes up to tell them and they reread the label to her like she’s dumb and doesn’t understand. She then says that she ordered with them and she didn’t ask for the drink they made. He then remakes it for her but makes it quickly so when she gets her drink, it’s very bitter. At this point, I drank all of my matcha. That’s when I noticed a hair in my cup. I’m beyond speechless and upset because all I wanted was to enjoy my iced dubai chocolate matcha with my cousin. I’m also pretty sure he messed up the size of my drink. I wanted a venti and he got me a grande.

The baristas are alllll so sweet and make THE BEST drinks!! Love the new Dubai items on the menu and I also love the grilled cheese.
This location is usually pretty busy when I stop by but it’s always so clean and a nice place to meet up with friends.

This is a huge Starbucks and the mens bathroom was clean too:)
I had a wonderful experience here.
It was one of my better experiences at any Starbucks.
I go almost every day, and I have gone to Starbucks in probably close to 30 States now.

Honestly, i’m usually a big Starbucks fan. I understand there are busy times in the workplace, but a 25 minute wait past the estimated ready time, just to get my order completely wrong? Unacceptable, I don’t care how busy you are.

They were SO friendly. I got a large mocha cookie crumble with caramel al swirled through it on the inside the cup. My son go same minus the caramel. Hmmm umm good. I ended up giving a 8.00 tip. She was shocked she said most jus gives a little bit of change. But she deserved it she was super nice.

So, at first 3 of my 4 drinks were made incorrectly. And of course my coworker who I sent to get the drinks did not know what they should’ve looked like. I called Jodie the manager and she said she could give me a refund, I just had to come in to the store because they cannot do it over the phone. I had to come in the next day and when I did she was so kind and refunded me for the incorrect drinks and even covered the 2 drinks I was getting that day. I do come here quite a bit (at least 3-4 times a week) and this was the first time my drinks were made incorrectly.
