Love that chicken from Popeyes! Can’t say it any better than that! Excellent chicken! And! Hands down! The best chicken sandwich!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back the dirty rice! For the life of me, I’ll never understand why Popeyes pulled this off their menu! It was my favorite side. Anybody I talk to says the same. So…WHY?

My first time visiting a Popeyes. I dont know how other locations are but i would like to say i was impressed and its hard to impress me pertaining to food. The chicken was at a perfect crispiness with great flavor. Its been a while since ive had good fried chicken. The biscuits were slightly crispy on the outside, buttery, and soft in the middle. About as good as you can get. The red beans and rice was very good. I usually dont order mashed potatoes ans gravy so i tried someone else and can say it was far better than any restaurants ive had before. Even the coleslaw was good and thats always a hit and miss with places. Usually a miss. The fries were well seasoned. A fried chicken joint is usually never near the top of my list when im looking for somewhere to eat but i can say that ill be looking to try yall again sometime. Hopefully other locations will be as good but i can say this one definitely gets top marks from me.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Every time I go I always have a bad experience. After a long day after work I decided to go last night around 10pm and the lady said something very fast at the speaker I asked if she could please repeat herself I was unable to hear and then waited for 30 additional minutes with no response. As I had enough waiting I pulled around and when I looked inside I could see a group of staff laughing comedically like it was funny to have me wait. I don’t know who was working but that wasn’t very nice. It does say you’re open till 1am Friday and Saturday but I would change the the time to around maybe 5-6pm because it feels like nothing gets done or no one is working after the sun starts to set. I also would like to add I never once had a great experience out of all the years this location has been here. Ruskin a small town and we don’t have a lot of places to eat nearby I really wish they could do us a favor and close add another restaurant that’s willing to serve its community. You know do the simple purpose it was designed for. To feed the public, with workers wanting to feed the people of their town. I might try it out again in 6months when I forgot this experience like I have in the past. However I won’t be coming after sunset if I remember that anyway.

Popeye’s just went to kiosk ordering. I ordered two all dark chicken meals. When it was delivered, my meal included a chicken wing. I pointed this out to the manager and she argued that I didn’t order all dark chicken. Showed her my receipt and she was silent. If you’re going to have kiosk service, ensure they are working correctly.

Where do I start. I love me some Popeyes, but at this location I’ve NEVER been & not had a problem with something. Tonight, after I’d ordered & paid, oh, we don’t have any spicy chicken. When will you? We won’t. Well, since it’s paid for, I guess non-spicy. All dark, which usually is a leg, a thigh, & a wing. (A wing’s not dark). Tonight when I got home it was a wing, a leg, & a breast… Oh, btw, the sweet tea sucks at this location also. Not a biscuit eater, but did have an excellent biscuit tonight. So there it is. Got me a $15 biscuit.

First of all went on the app to order thinking it would be much cheaper. That’s so wrong we order 8piece 1side and 4 biscuits for $32. When we arrive they have 9 piece 1side and4 biscuits for $20 but we paid for it online so, cool we’ll go w/it.We were told because we requested white meat all spicy.We had to wait additional 12 minutes and we could only get 2 breast and six wings okay cool strike 2.The icing on the cake.Why when we get home and set up.There’s no biscuits. I aske for condiments and got 2 ketchups, 2 honey and 2 hotsauce packets.I tried to called but no answer but left a message.We just want what we paid for w/good food and good service.This is definitely not the place to accomplish this.

I placed an online order and apparently there was a mix up and horrible communication with staff. The line around the corner and cars parked waiting. Mind you I’m writing this review after carrying my four drinks to the truck because they had no cup holders. And yet waiting for my food. I can literally see the tenders and the two young ladies just keep asking how long on tenders. Last Time I promise you PopEye!

I wanted to give this place negative star. I placed an order through the app and it said it was ready. When I got there it was not ready. I waited for an hour only to hear that I have to order again there. I had my 3 kids in the car so I decided to ask for a refund since I could not wait any longer. Of course they couldn’t give me a refund but said I have to call. There is no number available so I email Popeyes. Now the people who responded said the are willing to give me $20 refund ( I spent $50) now how is that right???!!! I did not get any food and you want to give me not even half of what I spent??! Ridiculous!! Fraud! Never again Popeyes!!! Stay away from this place and the one on Big Ben. Always a long wait and rip off.

i made a pretty big order and was a little skeptical bc when you have large orders a lot of places mess up, but everything was there and all the food was really good. i specifically wanted to shout out the girl that was in the drive thru, her name tag said Nya and she was so sweet and helpful, was very kind and patient with me and gave me a ton of extra sauce free of charge, she made the whole experience a 10 out of 10

Absolutely trash experience. My chicken was RAW and the manager on duty pulled it out of the trash to claim it was “not even pink” not only was she rude but she refused to give her name. Every single customer in the store was complaining about something. No leadership and it shows. The horrible reviews for this location speak for themselves.
