If i could give Zero stars i would! This is the 2nd time ive came to this mcdonald’s and received half full frie boxes with fries as hard as rocks! The Mccrispy gold sandwich had no gold sauce… not to mention i’ve already been waiting in line for almost 40 min and im still waiting so i can have fries that aren’t hard and half full. Please go to a different mcdonald’s

My company and I have been coming to this McDonald’s for a while. We came every day, made at least one purchase, and sat inside. When we were there, we used the only available charging port. One day, we came in and that port was completely blocked, and another port that was open appeared to have the power disconnected.
It felt like one of those aggressive tactics used against people they do not want inside, including homeless individuals. The McDonald’s in Mooresville does not do this at all—every charging port there is open and usable. Statesville is not special or good enough to be harassing people this way.
This was very mean, and to whoever made that decision, I hope that if you ever struggle, someone gives you the same exact treatment that you gave us or others you’ve treat like this. Especialy since when we came in we minded our business, we were quiet, and we didn’t bother anyone.
And lastly, why would you try to push away people who are paying regulars.

We were in vacation out this way for the Balloon Festival as vendors and by the time we finally got out of there for the night to grab some food, McDonald’s was one of the few places still open thankfully and those working the nightshift did a great job, we had a larger order because there are five of us and the employees got everything right the first time and made sure it was all there. Honestly this is one of the better McDonald’s that we’ve been to and it’s certainly better than where we are from. Either way, you all did great, thanks for food and thanks for the service. We will definitely stop here again next year for the festival again.
We ordered, two big macs meals, one crispy deluxe meal, one quarter pounder w/cheese meal, and happy meal.

I wonder why Donald Trump didn’t have a hard time filling up the fry boxes but the people that work here can’t get it right. The medium box has been half full the last 2 visits. They would fit in a small bag. It’s a shame that the company as a whole doesn’t make sure they understand how to fill the fry boxes. I worked there many years ago and I always filled the the fries the way they look in the picture. Come in do better.

I go to this McDonald’s practically every night 99% of time. I’m usually get there sometime between 7:30pm 9:00pm & stay there till 10-11 pm. I know almost everyone’s name and they certainly know my name polite and they always call me “Mr Jerry” or Jerry.
I don’t know too many of the opening or morning managers or crew members unless they work night shifts also but I can tell you the night shift teams work harder than anybody I’ve seen in a long time!
One of my favorite Managers, (4give me, I love all 3 that is there often when, I there. I generally do not like to SPECIFY favorites, but one of my favorites,, Ms.Armer, leads by example–this personable woman Works her butt off to make sure the guests are served in the QUICKEST, Most Efficient, Accurate & Friendliest way possible as well as making any errors in orders are Corrected promptly.
Drive through is probably the majority of McDonald’s business probably through the drive-thru but they also have very busy times in the inside dining room, and this is when the teams have to really work hard & multitask because sometimes they have more than one responsibilities they’re serving they’re helping people at the register or with the kiosk ordering their food or at the windows or taking food out to cars at the curbside or they responsible for cleaning in the dining room and cleaning up behind guest and making sure everything is stocked and ready to go including Cups, straws Etc.
The teams work very well together. My favorite is because I met her first when I first came to Statesville and that is Ms Armer; but like I like the others I have gotten 2 know, Ms Aurelia, & Mr Daniel. Everyone is good or great that works at McDonald’s that I have met on the night shift or later shifts / closing shifts especially the front people the windows people the people who work in the kitchen and get the food prepared and cooked and finished and wrapped and sent to the people in the front to bring them to our table or call out our name or prepare doordash or other delivery services, as well as the other services such as curbside service mobile orders and just drive through Windows services. I’m really sorry I would love to name every employee that has meant the world to me because they inspire me and give me hope and they lift my spirits because sometimes I come in quite defeated by a very lonely or depressed or anxious because I don’t have anyone living near that I know or that I have regular contact with and my family is at least an hour and 45 minutes away.
This is also the first time and perhaps the whole time I’ve been an adult that I’ve lived alone and haven’t had roommates or family to live with and that’s very hard on me as well so these people really do lifts my spirits by giving me big greetings and smiles and chat with me as quickly as they can and always say hello and good night and things like that and they’re great people and it’s a good place to eat it’s a comfortable place people come and go quickly usually and that’s good that’s the way it’s supposed to be, I’m somewhat of an exception because I stay and encourage the employees as well the staff and I also occasionally help them pick up some trash or throw away some items or help do anything I can to help them get the place cleaner or quicker so that they can leave on time because many of the workers are in high school or college and they need to be off by a certain time to get home and do their homework and get ready for school the next day which is remarkable because they do such hard work and they work a good number of hours considering they’ve got to go to school as well.

McDonald’s is My kind of place; where you can have a smile and a good meal it reminds me of the TV show Cheers where you can have a place to go that everybody knows your name.

This McDonald is great. They hire good staff. Very nice customer service and the restaurant is clean. Can’t give them a five star because it is still fast food, but good job to the staff. There was a kid on weekend crew, very attentive, better than Starbucks barista, I left him good review on corporate but I forgot his name here. Anyway, good Mcdonald location

We submitted a mobile pick up order that took 40 minutes to receive after checking in. The food was ice cold and we found a hair in our burger. We could under stand the wait if the food came out fresh, we will not be returning to this location.

We get fries a few times a week for my son. They are always fresh but The staff is so dull…never any smiles. I have to buy him a happy meal toy Everytime since he doesn’t eat Meat there are no Happy meal fish options. That’s OK, I don’t mind having to buy just the toy but they won’t sell me the happymeal Box….They won’t ever give me one w/the toy. It’s weird, my son is there like asking for a box, I’m Begging to BUY a .5cent box and they refuse. It’s just odd to me. It’s like 3x a month we go there.

I ordered extra pickles and didn’t get them. Here over the past 3 weeks, I order 2 cheeseburgers extra pickles but don’t receive them. Other times I have food missing from my bag that I ordered and was on the receipt. Honestly they were better a few months ago.
