A menu featuring an array of ramen varieties & Japanese small plates in a modern setting.

Food has good flavor. If you are unfamiliar with the words used on the menu I would suggest looking up the menu ahead of time. They have explanations for some of the ingredients. The restaurant is order first then sit down so if you don’t know what you are ordering you may feel rushed standing in line. Plenty of seating and clean. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

I went with the classic raman and I wasn’t disappointed. I ordered mine with extra veggies and it was a nice touch. If you are in the market for some Asian comfort food, Sapporo will do you well.

Giving this 2 stars because we used to love it here. Owner or management must have changed this place is not what it used to be. Arrived at 8:10 pm, they close at 9. Employee laughed (yes-literally, smiled, laughed and said “okay…”) when we said we would be dining in. Service used to be great here not sure what happened. More than half of the chairs were put up on tables at 8:10. I order the same thing, which was significantly spicier this time (???) and the employees were mopping the dining space as we AND 3 other tables with guests were eating, no wet floor sign was up and my partner almost fell on the slippery floor in front of the trash receptacle. Employee asked us to get up from our dine in table to grab our food from counter because they were MOPPING… Immediately after we sat down at 8:15 employee put the rest of the chairs up so that no more guests could sit down to eat… I understand putting chairs up a few minutes before closing but 45-50 minutes early……………
Aside from the basic service issues the quality of ingredients has decreased significantly. Pork and most toppings were inedible.
We were sadly disappointed by service and food, and will choose a different restaurant next time… reminiscing on when Sapporo had good food and service….

Ramen tastes very good, very quiet and cozy place. Great quantity of food for reasonable price. Definitely going to come back!

The Ramen here is good overall. They give generous portions and offer lots of toppings and ways to customize your bowls. The price is also a bonus, compared to some other restaurants with similar food this place is on the cheaper side. The fish cakes and pork belly were less than exceptional, the pork was very fatty and seemed cheap in quality. But this place physically is so disgusting! Floors, walls, tables, and bathrooms seem like they haven’t ever been deep cleaned since new management took over. The fountain machine looks like it’s honestly never been cleaned with black sludge built up in all the usual spots when left neglected. Definitely makes one question the practices in the kitchen and what kind of standards the food is being held to. I would not return due to this fact.

The food was not evenly heated. The pork wasn’t great but the rest of the bowl was tasty

Food came out reasonably fast, even though we had 4 entrees and 3 appetizers and there was another party that came at the same time as us. The person taking our order was very patient and kind.
Gyoza bowl was the hot and spicy chicken cup, very good balance of not too spicy and not too creamy with a bed of lettuce and rice and two gyoza to top it. Orange ramen bowl was the Orochon “Brave”, lighter ramen bowl was the Hakata Modern, and rice entree the chicken curry katsu. Appetizers were takoyaki, chicken karaage, and calamari.
The surface of the table we sat at was quite sticky, but there were a handful of seating options in the front and back of store

We were impressed by the prompt and kind service we received here! The food was good, but not the best ramen in town. If you like your ramen spicy, you might want to ask for extra spice, which costs extra. We are a bit picky though- if you’re looking for a reasonably priced bowl of ramen, this is a great place to go! This is a great dinner stop if you’re going to Costco nearby.

I ordered some fried gyoza, came cold and tasted like old oil. I got the soy sauce sweet corn ramen, it wasnt great, besides being ultra salty the noodles were over cooked, broth luke warm and my soy egg was cold. I also got chicken to eat with me ramen, it was over cooked and not crispy but tuff, also tasted like old oil. Wasnt a horrible experience but i wont be back.
