Desert was delicious, the brownie with ice cream… so good. We went at 4.30 pm on Feb 14th and seemed like everyone else had the same place in mind, we waited 35 min for the grill area and another 25 min for the chef to come. If you go with children on a busy day, don’t forget snacks and water, also, show them a video of the chef making fire on the grill in advance, that helped mine to be mentally prepared.

Been trying to get in here for a long time. Our families schedules are so diverse until I just took my wife for her birthday. We will definitely be going back. The egg drop was A1! Enough for 2 ppl. I ate it myself. Calamari breading was light and crispy but falling off. Springrolls were excellent. I ordered yellow curry. The vegetables were crisp tender. Sauce was beautiful. Chicken cooked to perfection. She ordered hibachi steak and shrimp. Server was so sweet. We’ll be returning for sushi next time!

We came here before and we enjoyed the sushi. Tonight was a 180. Horrible service. The calamari appetizer was so overcooked, it was like chewing gum. The hot and sour soup was so sweet it was inedible. When we complained, the manager – Ms. Hiue- did not even come to check. The restaurant was not busy. Worst $70 we have ever spent.

We had an amazing experience at Stix! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were huge and we had plenty left over for lunch the next day. The hibachi ribeye was out of this world, and the chicken lettuce wraps and dumplings were fantastic too. Our little girl loved watching the chef cook right in front of us and it made the whole meal even more fun. We’ll definitely be going back!

The reviews on here show Stix as an awesome place. Good reviews and waiting time – everybody must love this place. I can say the chefs are awesome and energetic but the waiters and waitresses lack that enthusiasm; our waiter forgot to put in our order for sushi, which was odd. The food was great, but the yum-yum sauce is definitely a lot sweeter than the kind I’m used to, which was different. Overall this place was clean and decent but I was a little disappointed, compared to other hibachi grills.

There was a 10min wait time. We had no problem with that. The food was fresh and delicious I ordered the hurricane roll and stix fried rice (shrimp) with a volcano brownie. There could have been a few more shrimp in the rice. The servings are very large. I still have a full to-go plate of rice.

Ordered online. Said it would be ready at 7:49p. I walked in at 7:40p and it was sitting there already getting cold.
Shrimp tempura was ok. I’ve had much better.
Egg roll was ok.
Pad Thai chicken was not good.
For the price, I expected better food.

Update: 11/19/24
Well we hoped 3rd time would be a charm but it wasn’t. My family went in for hibachi and got sat at a clean table, however, cooktop was dirty. The hostess assured me that the chef would clean it well before cooking. The chef poured some water on it and wiped it down with a tooth and that was it. Our dinner was very salty and it was like chewing food covered in sand from whatever was left in the cooktop. It was terrible. The soup, salad, and appetizer were delicious though. We boxed the food and threw it away on our way into Michael’s knowing we wouldn’t eat it later and didn’t feel right about even giving the meat to our dog. I overall, this visit cemented our decision to never return.

Tried this place again but this time as a togo order. Specified no sauce on the hibachi meal and white rice only. Meal still came with sauce on the meal which was an incredibly small portion of chicken and vegetables compared to what you pay for and get dining in, about half. The container has a massive amount of white rice which was helpful due to the extra paid for side of white rice as part of a shared meal charge being fried rice.

Server could not get orders right and didn’t know the menu. Served me the wrong type of sushi and said he didn’t know how to fix it costing me almost 3x as much for what I didn’t want. Had to wait 20 minutes for sauces that I ordered and my beer.
