This place is truly a hidden gem. We’ve wanted to eat here for a while, and finally did today. Absolute amazing! The food was great, portions were generous, not too crowded, and prices very reasonable. Our waitress Jessica was extremely friendly and took great care of us. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Been a while since me and the wife have ate at this restaurant. This restaurant has been here a long time and we have frequented it over the years. There has been some changes to the front of the building, and a revamp on the brand. A more modern approach. Not much was done inside but it still is a near place. Food was really good. We had chargrilled pysters for appetizers, and they were really good. I always try to get chargrilled oysters where ever I go, and these did not disappoint. 6 for under $15. That’s about the going rate. Had a bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo and it was good as well. Gumbo is always different no matter where you go. We also tried the fried catfish. Mini crabcakes, and fried crawfish tails. All prepared great. No complaints. Service was accommodation and helpful. We will definitely be going back especially for the oysters.

Came in on a Friday Afternoon and was welcomed by a very empty and quiet atmosphere, which to me was surprising especially for a Friday afternoon
We ordered crawfish and shrimp
crawfish were 20% dead before cooking, 20% mutilated, and 50% were all mushy and extremely hard to peel and eat. Crawfish was $8.95/lb, which compared to most places within the Longview area was the cheapest, but in our experience we got what we paid for. We were truly disappointed in the crawfish.
Shrimp was amazing especially for the price, but they were on the smaller scale. I would say they were roughly the same size as the average pinky curled.
I don’t know if we just had a bad experience, but our waitress was kind enough to take the crawfish off of our bill.
Final verdict: This ain’t a bad place. Their Crawfish and Shrimp tasted great, but the quality is what really sucked. Service was a little slow for how empty it was and the atmosphere was just quiet and calm, but not in a good way.

Honestly, my first visit here was a mixed bag. The exterior was nicely maintained, but the interior could use a bit of a facelift. Our waitress was attentive and polite, although she could work on her table manners. As for the food, the seasoning was a bit off for me. The crawfish spaghetti was an acquired taste – it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t my favorite either. The fish looked great, and others told me it could be fried more crispy but it’ll pass.. On the plus side, the fried jalapeños were a hit, especially if you like spicy food. I did get a chance to try some of the oysters off someone else’s plate dining with me, the oysters had more than enough shredded cheese which could have been better without. I had a miniature pearl in my oyster that hurt my tooth a little bit. I wasn’t pleased at all about that but overall, it’s a decent spot, but there’s room for improvement.

Food has always been good here in the past. We’ve been eating here for a very long time. Tonight food was so spicy you almost couldn’t eat it. I wish they would go back to original recipes. It will be a while before we come back here.

Go some where else! There is other places that will cook food with flavor and cook thoroughly. I ordered the Platter the food was kind of warm. The crab cake had no flavor, the fish was stringy, cold, mushy, and didn’t even stick to the batter. My husband ordered the shrimp po boy, it didn’t come with any sauce or anything on it just shrimp and bread. When asked if we could get some sauce the waitress asked what we wanted. We were confused most of the time this type of sandwich comes with its own sauce. The waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t know anything about the menu or food, when asked about the menu she would just stand there and look at you. We wasted $37 dollars.

The food was made as ordered, the hostess was sweet, she is always smiling when we come in. We prefer her as our waitress. It was nice and quite while we were having our dinner, we prefer quite when having dinner. Not loud crowds.

I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos! The price is a tad pricey but this place is a higher class restaurant. Kinda hidden in the back from Lizzie’s Dinner, definitely come back for a date night
Not sure why, but the floors are always sticky… That’s a 4 star to me ⭐⭐⭐⭐

A sweet friend of mine suggested this place to me and it I had no idea how good it was going to be! The restaurant has a walk up counter where you place your order, then you choose your seat. There is plenty of room for large groups and has three sections. We came at 11am so that’s why you don’t see many people in the pictures but by the time we left the place was packed! The staff was really fun and since this was my first time eating they walked me through the entire menu. They even have a seafood counter! I will definitely be back and will be having oysters!!! I Highly recommend Fishermans Market & Restaurants!!!

Crawfish enchiladas were excellent. Fish, french fries and popcorn shrimp had absolutely NO seasonings. We went about 4:30pm and the wait to get our food took forever. (Alot of places are short staff we get that) Oysters on the 1/2 shell were good also.
