Omg, their commercials talk about the new breakfast stacks 8.00, microscopic amt of bacon, can’t EVEN SEE THE CHEESY SAUCE..cook REFUSED to put more cheesy sauce on. Gave me more bacon…but no sauce doesn’t make sense , AND SHE was AWEFUL at customer service. I tried to put dish on the side of the restaurant I have put dishes away before and she doesn’t accept it where she could have reached but still in an unfriendly way told me to carry it to the complete other side by coffee.
Based on her attitude, and the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, AND THE WAY OVERPRICED SANDWICH…WE WONT BE BACK. We Live at Avenida a 55 and up community, and will share our story .Funny thing the table of people right next to us were talking about how overpriced their breakfast and chincy it was as well Bella was the person who needs customer service training Saw manager but I didn’t speak to her, our car was charging at target andwe had to go

Panera is a great place for lunches with friends or alone! Kiosk allows ordering without pressure and will let you know when something is sold out before you get to the counter! Soups are wonderful, and sandwiches are so fresh and crispy! Desserts are fun and tasty.

I ordered the Ciabatta Cheesesteak, and it was awful. The sweet peppers were a terrible choice; they completely overpowered the steak to the point where you couldn’t taste it at all. The whole thing ended up tasting like a sweet, slightly spicy sandwich instead of a cheesesteak. The steak flavor was buried under a wave of sugary sweetness, leaving me with something closer to a dessert sandwich with a hint of spice. The sandwich did not look anything like the menu, no piled up with meat, etc. Whoever designed this sandwich and approved it for the menu might want to reconsider their career choices.

It’s been awhile since I had eaten here. The meal was great and tasty. The young man was very friendly and helpful. He was keeping the restaurant tidy. He helped us with our food to table and tea refills. Thank you

I don’t often go to Panera because I find it to be pretentious and the food taste and quality don’t match the prices. I went into this store today and didn’t know I was supposed to get a pre-packaged cookie and asked the cashier for one that was in the display case, which he happily got for me. Somebody came out of the back and started speaking down to the cashier about taking the cookie from the wrong place. I felt bad for the cashier. I got the creamy chicken and wild rice soup – no flavor. I keep having to add salt. I’m done with Panera – ick!

The employees here are disrespectful enough to mock customers’ pronunciation with laughter. The place is extremely dirty, and there isn’t even a clean table to sit at. Trash and dirt came out of the hot water. The area is not cleaned regularly, and issues are not addressed. If the dining area is like this, I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. If the parts visible to customers are this filthy, I can’t even imagine the state of the kitchen. This is the most disrespectful and least clean Panera Bread I have encountered so far.

I ordered through DoorDash almost a week ago and found a small shard of glass in my sandwich. I reported it through DoorDash, but also called the restaurant to let them know and to see if they would be able to help with refunding the order because (at the time) DoorDash only offered a partial refund. The first girl I talked to at Panera was really nice, but said she was putting me on hold to get a manager and hung up. No big deal, figured it was an honest mistake and called back. The second girl that answered was beyond rude, didn’t really give me the time of day, just took my name and phone number and said somebody would reach out. Then quickly hung up as well without saying goodbye. Nobody ever reached out. I had to jump through hoops with DoorDash to get the rest of the order refunded, and ultimately did get my money back but Panera handled this SO poorly. Broken glass in your food is a serious safety issue and they did not take it seriously at all. Didn’t ask if I was ok (it was a tiny piece but did cut the inside of my mouth). Offered no apology, refund, or most importantly reassurance that they’d look into the situation and try to find the source of the broken glass. Hopefully nobody else was affected. I called their national support line as well, and was again told somebody would be reaching out from the corporate level but still nothing.

Got a Bacon turkey Bravo that must have been made three days prior recently, the bread was less than soft— it was at least-hard 4 day old bread —as a former deli worker I know quality ingredients and Panera is just sucking at anything QUALITY these days—I’ll stay home and make my own “You Pick-Two” for way more less—and on fresh bread. Do better PANERA —Your food is now “YUCK” and not worth the high prices.

My wife and I are eating at Panera today. My order was wrong. I asked the crew manager to correct remake it. She refused to and she was extremely rude. I have been a customer here for many years. I don’t know how you redeem this terrible lunch but you should try.

Coldest day of the new year we decided to enjoy a hot bowl of soup at Panera Bread. Soup and sandwich by the fireplace made for the perfect lunch. Not to forget their amazing iced tea.
