First, there’s mold and grit in their fountain drinks. The gentleman admitted that it hadn’t been cleaned and should have been. (See picture) Second, Dine-In ordering is by kiosk only. The kiosk touch screen doesn’t work well by not recognizing touches, adds unwanted items, and to top it off, the staff didn’t get the order correct. Should have went somewhere else. $13 for 3 tacos!!! What a rip off! Go to Monterey’s Mexican 1 mile down the road and get fresh food and for less $$.

I place my order and when i receive my order as i’m walking out i realize i did not get my drink that I paid for. I go back in and kindly say i didn’t get my drink and she aggressively places it down and says with an attitude “here ya go”. The i look at my food and it does not look appealing, someone clearly half assed my food. I 100% want my money back and will not be going back here again. I’ve been here many times before and have only had good attitudes and conversations with the staff, but this lady needs an attitude check ASAP. i work in the food industry too, and i give people what they pay for with no problem knowing im getting paid.

Every time I come here the same girl with that old burgundy wig since last year with them big binocular glasses looking like Arthur always got an attitude! Never get the orders right and never treat her customers right! When someone have an issue with their order she catch an attitude quick! And she so called a “manager”??? Worst Taco Bell everrrr

So we ordered a large nacho fry. Advertised to come with nacho cheese. The cheese was only covering the bottom of the cup. Not enough cheese for 4 fries. Went back up for more, charged $1.10 and the cheese cup was….well we were made to wait so long I don’t know. Paula was manager at the time. 230pm 12/15/25. So

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru before order was taken. I had to get out of my car and walk inside to ask if they were taken orders at drive thru so that the person infront on me could put in there order. Waited another 20 minutes before I could get to the window and order was wrong. We asked about my order correct no adjustment were made and very callus behavior. Don’t go here unless you’re going to drive thru (maybe the service is better) or you want to place your order (I was told kiosk only). There aren’t any Taco Bell’s near me so I drove to this one to satisfy my craving big mistake! There was no customer service, I grabbed for sauce to find packets stuck together from dried sauce The cherry on top was when I got home to eat my food only to find that half of my chicken quesadilla had no chicken… so I call the store and spoke to the manager (Kamm, he said). After sharing my problem he explains that the quesadilla only comes with one scoop of meat I don’t need to know how to make it I just wanted to eat it so he says I can’t just give you another one, you’ll have to bring that one back… lol too easy! It kills me how people are placed in positions of authority and still have no common courtesy for customers. I will definitely hold on to this chicken quesadilla until the next time I go that way but I don’t want another one… I want my money back cause I’m bringing EVERYTHING back! TOO EASY Kamm and I’ll be sure to take my money elsewhere going forward.

This is a trashy Taco Bell. The staff seem to be there for the paycheck. They should clean this store and hire new staff. There was a small dog sitting in the booth across from where we were seated that barked constantly at nothing. The bathrooms need cleaning as they smell heavily of urine.

This used to be a good place, they just don’t care anymore. The server, a young man, was so rude & the food? I threw it away. I’ve never had a soft taco covered in water. There was no cheese, tomato nor sour cream. I give up on Taco Bell like they’ve given up on themselves. They did not deserve the one star

I get to the store at 11:50 and I try to go in but the door is locked but the time on the door says 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday to Friday so I knock on the door a gentleman came to the door very rudely and told me we don’t open until 12:00 then closed the door in my face if that’s the normal business hours then someone needs to change what’s on the door ….. And to top it all off I get my food and it’s cold. How do you come into a store when it’s first open and get food that’s cold. The food that you get should be fresh and hot. I was the first customer
