The donuts are good… when you can purchase them. The limited AND seasonal selections are constantly sold out at this location — no matter if an order is placed days in advance or the day of a new release, it’s always unavailable. I won’t even attempt to try their new products anymore.
There are MUCH better donuts to be had in St. Louis, so I recommend you steer clear of Krispy Kreme and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

~6:30 we pulled in the drive thru wanting to get a half dozen donuts. 5 glazed and one chocolate. We were told they were completely sold out. Which was obviously a lie because when you pull around to the window you can clearly see donuts.

Lived 30 mins south last 6 months. Visited 3 times. 1st time register down and I was told to order online. 2nd time orderd at drive through but very little variety available. 3rd time on a Friday night, web says open til 9 pm. AT 7:30 pm no workers in view of parking lot. Drive around, outdoor menu lit up so I waited a few mins. Proceeded to the window. 2 females and a male approach the window with coats on and purses all dolled up. I can see fully stocked doughnuts on the racks. They said they are closed because they are short handed. Nah boo you going out on the town. You just lost my business and the sales of the car behind me and the elderly lady trying to get in a locked front door.

This location is always out of the specialty donuts. When I was in there around Valentine’s day, a lady had to cancel her pre-placed order because when she went to pick it up they were out of half of the things she requested. They also have the wrong tags on the donut trays. This is the worst location. Go to a different one even if you have to drive, you’ll be happier.

My last2 visits in probably 3 weeks,I go quite a bit have been horrible. I order on to good to go. The first time its says pick between 8-9pm. I get there at 8:20pm all lights are on doors are locked no one will answer the door or drive thru but we had ordered doughnuts, so were there about 20 min trying to get a answer but everyone is hiding. 7 other cars have come by for orders and no ones is answering so we address every one that comes thru and explain no one is answering. So tonight we ordered again and we get there at exactly 8pm, there are about 6 employees standing in lobby by the door just talking to each other and we try the door and its lock. They say there closed, we said we ordered and they just keep saying were so I show them my phone with the order through the glass they keep saying closed, no explanation nothing, lights are all still on, they are all standing there, the hot sign is on, and it says open till 9pm. Finally one person mouthes we close at 7pm which is ridiculous nowhere does it say the close at 7pm. While in the parking lot 15 cars come through so with to good to go orders some just trying to get doughnuts. We greeted everyone with they aresupposedly close and won’t talk to you and you’ll have to get refunds and we explain how because this has already happened twice to us. The store closing 2 hours early and the refusal to help customers understand what’s happening is ridiculous and rude. The store in South County Missouri needs to be looked into.

So I’m not sure if they are short staffed now or what is happening, but everytime lately I’ve tried to do a mobile order, they don’t have the doughnuts I want. I want the cinnamon roll style one, and I’ve tried to wait several hours after open to order them and somehow they still never make them. Either the mobile order app needs to take them off or the store needs to make them. Today I tried to call to make sure they have some made before placing the order and they never answered after waiting on the phone for about 3 min. I’m not sure what is happening but something needs to be fixed.

Whoever was working the drive thru window today, was one of the most unpleasant workers I’ve ever interacted with. She was so rude, cut me off any time I was talking in the drive thru, didn’t crack a smile or hardly even acknowledge me when I was up to the window to pay. This location was also “out” of just about every type of donut I tried to order. Disappointing for someone who really never comes to a place like this—it was supposed to be a special treat for my toddler. The only reason I give it a few good stars are because the donuts we actually got to enjoy, were great. But hands down the worst customer service I can remember in a long time

Couldn’t wait to get donuts from Krispy Kreme, the lady on the speaker didn’t say hello or how can I help you. She didn’t say anything. We ordered the donuts & before we left the parking lot opened the box to take a bite. The donuts were hard & ice cold. We got 8 donuts for $19.35. My husband actually went in & told her, she took the box & threw it in the trash. He said just give me 6 hot glazed. She did & never said a word to him. Terrible service. Don’t know if we’ll ever go back there. Disappointed.

Went to the south lindbergh location today 2/2/26 5:00 pm. Asked the lady at the microphone if the buy 1 dozen get a dozen of original glazed for $2.00 deal was still going and she said it was. Ordered 1 dozen of choclate iced glaze and 1 dozen original glazed. Total was 33 and some change. I ask if she can break $100.00 bill she says yes but theu dont have change. Told her that was fine. Change should be $66.00 she brings me $16.00 slams the window so I have to Blair the horn to get her attention then she has me hand her the money and receipt back. Takes roughly 10 minutes to bring me my change. Was odd to be honest. I look at the receipt and I paid full price for both dozen. I wont be back. I truly feel like she tried playing me for a fool cause she went to reach in her hoodie pocket when I told her about the incorrect change. To me it looked like she pocketed the 50 and thought I wouldn’t pay attention then when I said something she knew I knew! Count your change if paying cash.!!!
